Fantastic experience: Although it has been some time since my journey ended, I still want to leave a review. I booked a Chinese tour to Uluru during my Working Holiday in Australia, but later it was canceled due to insufficient participants. The customer service contacted me to discuss alternative options. The discussion process took a long time, but the customer service representative who assisted me had a great attitude and was very proactive in handling my issues and concerns. In the end, I successfully completed the Uluru tour (in English) and created wonderful memories. Thank you to the customer service for their assistance.

Negative experience: The 'Little Train + Penguin Island' tour does not have a guide; the so-called guide is just a driver. A guide should provide detailed introductions to the attractions, such as the history of the site, the best viewing points, and well-arranged itineraries. Unfortunately, this tour's 'guide' did not fulfill his responsibilities. He will not accompany you to the attractions for sightseeing nor introduce the sites; he will just leave you to roam freely at the attraction while he goes out to smoke. The most ridiculous part is that this guide cannot ensure your safety. He chooses to distribute attraction tickets in the middle of the road to tourists, even though travel buses are constantly passing by. But we are required to give him a $5 tip. The only positive aspect is that the driver's driving skills are excellent, and I don't get motion sickness.

Negative experience: Why is it that the itinerary clearly states a 0700 departure to take a boat to see dolphins and sandboarding in the afternoon, but it was changed to a 0730 departure without notice? It was really cramped to leave only at 0730. The sandboarding time was reduced to only 50 minutes in the morning, which is ridiculous. Then we were dropped at the pier by 12 o'clock to wait until 1330 for the boat to depart? It was such a waste of time. The driver, ANDY, asked a bunch of really awkward and boring questions along the way, which was really annoying. I honestly do not recommend this. Also, the travel agency does not reach out to confirm the timing and blames the customers for not confirming with them. I really give them 100 respects for that :)

Fantastic experience: I am a traveler from Taiwan. A group of 20 friends traveled for 14 days in Australia, visiting Sydney, Melbourne, and Tasmania. I stumbled upon F.I.T. Travel Australia online by chance, and after contacting them, I found that Queeine was very patient and passionate about service. We customized our charter and itinerary, which took nearly 5 months to arrange. Even during our 14-day trip, they helped us solve problems we encountered instantly over the phone. The drivers and tour guides assigned to us, Brother Chen in Sydney and Brother Li in Tasmania, were both excellent choices that made our trip very rewarding. Fantastic experience: We originally planned to go skydiving during our trip. However, due to bad weather on the way, it started to rain. Although the weather report indicated a chance of clearing up on the day of skydiving, the travel agency also informed us that if the weather was not good, it would be canceled! Safety is the top priority, but we were still afraid, so we decided to cancel. The service and attitude of the travel company were excellent, making us feel very good. It is definitely a travel agency worth recommending.

Negative experience: I booked a trip to Melbourne today and the experience was extremely poor. The seats on the tour bus were very hard and my back hurt after sitting for more than seven hours. Moreover, the tour guide did not introduce anything and even charged a tip of five Australian dollars per person. I definitely don’t agree. I would give it a thumbs up and seriously don’t recommend it. Alos the car kept hitting me during the process.
