Fantastic experience: I just booked a family holiday away with Natalie Revell for my birthday. Natalie has been so kind and patient with me for the year. Holiday was short notice given but Natalie worked her wonders and looked for different place within my budget to make the family holiday for my kids and i happen during peak holiday period as well.I would book my holiday again with Natalie she is wonderful.

Starting with Blade Foxon booking our trip to USA and Brazil. We had some complications in our travel and had to make some last minute changes on our tickets. Blade was not working at that specific day. But Natalie Revell stepped in to assist us working above and beyond even during her after working hours of Saturday and even Sunday. We could not believe how much effort Natalie had put in to help us solve a complicated situation, finding the perfect solution for us. I had been there on an earlier occasion as I was trying to obtain Flight refunds and Dani Spero assisted with this, so when I decided on a holiday, I went to see Dani. Dani was exceptional. Fantastic experience: Jayne was willing to go that extra mile to assist us and was able to come up with a better and more economical option than the one we were looking at. Our group of travelers were a little bit more involved than just booking the one trip. We had travelers leaving from different cities at different times both departure and return. We had to make flight itinerary adjustments due to a sporting event for one of our travelers which she handled without any difficulty, and we never had any problems with our trip going smoothly. She always very friendly and most helpful making us feel welcome. We look forward to booking our next trip with her. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Negative experience: Purchased a travel insurance policy from Katie Shanks and Jayne Soe. I was told that cancellation cover was included in the policy. I had to cancel my trip due to illness. I was then notified that my policy didn’t actually include cancellation cover. Utter incompetence at best. At worst a deliberate, unethical and soulless attempt to scam customers.

Fantastic experience: After our Brisbane based Flight Centre agent completely fumbled the booking then was absolutely no help whatsoever Chantelle saved the day. She spent 2 days sorting us out (1 while she was on leave), rebooked us, organised a refund plan for flights and accommodation and rebooked us to Belize. If you can get Chantelle on your team you're going to have no dramas and the best trip.

Negative experience: I had bad experience from flight centre. I booked a ticket at feb 2022 which I had to cancel right away due to some reasons however i got the credit from flight centre for quantas stating I will be able to use that credit until feb 2023. However, now when I am trying to use the credit, flight centre team stated that it was a “no show” for the original ticket I bought but I remember I canceled it and got a credit. While contacting the flight centre team, they are stating that i used the credit for the same ticket from Flight Centre Mount Pleasant, Brisbane. I know I have never been to brisbane and haven’t asked to utilize my credit. So I am not sure how come the credit has been used and now I am not able to use the credit worth 400$. I remember I had to rebook the ticket with same airlines but through the airline website but not flight centre and paid another 400$ as I was not able to use the credit from quantas and it was urgent for me to book the ticket to come back to Darwin. Now while I am trying to utilize the credit which was supposed to be used until feb2023 is suspended as per them and they stating the canceled fight was a “no show“ from me. And if it was a “no show” then why didn’t the flight centre team or the airlines tried to call me or contact me in my corresponding email address stating why I wasn’t there in the flight at that time or a reminder email? This is really disappointing service I got from flight centre and quantas. I dont know if there was some miscommunication between the flight centre and quantas or any reason but its disappointing as I thought I still have that 400$ credit which I could use for my future flights from quantas.

I have been trying to use my Flight Centre credit to book new flights several times before. After hours of waiting on the phone, which in itself was an ordeal, I was able to get through three travel experts in the past few weeks, but none of them was able to help for one reason or another. What was suppose to have been a holiday turned into a super stressful time with travel restrictions, border closures and last minute flight cancellations.
