Fantastic experience: Michael has been absolutely amazing, we hit some obstacles before leaving for FIJI, he sorted them out straight away and ensured our holiday went ahead smoothly, and he even took the time to follow up on our trip when we got home. He was nothing but extremely helpful, and was willing to give us heaps of recommendations due to his travel experience. He organised flights, booking with a travel company in Sri Lanka, recommended a travel company which were amazing, booked connected flights to Maldives and organised accommodation there as well. Fantastic experience: We recently booked travel to Europe and UK. Everything went to plan exactly as Samantha booked While we were in UK, there was advice that there was to be a BA pilots strike on the day we were booked to leave. The first we knew of this was when Sam e mailed details of the alternate bookings she had made on our behalf ,which we greatly appreciate. With service like this, why go anywhere else? Negative experience: A simple booking from A - B and return and the Itinerary has incorrect arrival times to the airport out by 12 hours on the outbound and return journeys. Attention to detail needs to be much better. The person who worked there when we booked is no longer there and questions to the staff member about seat allocation were answered in a vague manner. Sorry we booked through them. All our other flights have been done online direct with the carrier. A lesson for us.
