Fantastic experience: Our experience at WTC was absolutely wonderful. Nicolas helped us navigate the difficult organisation of a multi stop round the world trip. Negative experience: Our experience has been very distressing and we have lost $5000. Things to note: There is no fee charter or service charter. There is no guarantee of customer satisfaction. This agent is not affiliated with any industry body. Once the deposit was in hand, the agent was extremely pushy and abrasive to deal with. We paid $5k deposit for a family holiday to Europe, it became evident our selected season was a poor choice in timing with many accomodations and attractions closed for the winter. We were quoted accomodation and flight prices considerably above regular retail internet prices and more than other travel agents charge - to the tune of circa 20%. After asking for a refund and flatly refused, the agent offered other expensive alternatives. We simply could not proceed. The agent emailed me demanding a holiday be booked within 30 days, or an alternate destination could be chosen requiring a further deposit. Further conditions were added: that a booking must be made within 30 days or we would loose the $5k deposit. My recommendation - go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I decided to use Nick from World Travel Connections to organise/construct our honeymoon. Nick did such a great job. He was very punctual and made great suggestions when we were stuck with ideas on where to go and what to see. I’ll definitely be using this company again for our next adventure. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: QUICK AND PLEASANT INTERVENTION Repatriated from Nouméa to Sydney due to the civil unrest, I contacted Nicolas Delacharlerie at World Travel Connections. I needed a flight back to Belgium from Sydney. Nicolas responded straight away. I had quickly both my accommodation transfers and flights back to Brussels booked. On arrival at Sydney airport, the chauffeur was in the arrival hall and within minutes I was in the taxi going to my hotel which had also been reserved. Nicolas was always ready and available whenever I needed. It was comforting and reassuring to be taken care off with such level of service. The time efficiency from my first call to the outcome was incredible. Having a reliable and knowledgeable and skilled travel agent was essential in this difficult situation. Fantastic experience: I was stranded in Australia because of the civil unrest in New Caledonia. I contacted Nicolas at World Travel Connections to seek assistance as I had been refused a flight home by the French Consulate. My needs were urgent due to a medical condition I have. As soon as I spoke with Nicolas, he knew what to do, took over my situation, within hours I was booked on the charter flight I just had been refused a seat on. Nicolas also arranged the emergency medication I was struggling to get due to lack of prescriptions. Nonetheless with his contact, Nicolas organised for the medication to be dispensed, I received it the following day. This clearly was not part of his travel agent’s work, but Nicolas went out of his way, in a very difficult situation for me. Nicolas really took care of my exceptional circumstances. He was always professional and available. Even late at night, the day before the charter flight and early morning on the day of the flight he contacted me, to ensure everything was running smoothly. Throughout the morning Nicolas was in contact with me. I felt secured, reassured, and knew I could rely on Nicolas if I needed to. The bonus to all that was that I had the medication I needed to take, it made my day a lot more peaceful I must say. All my repatriation experience could not have had a positive outcome, without the help and flight management skills of Nicolas. I can most definitely recommend Nicolas at World Travel Connections. Fantastic experience: "Posting this review on behalf of our friends Jan et Nick from Sydney who don't have a Gmail account" Over the past two years, Nicolas has organised two fabulous holidays for my partner and me.  The first trip was to Europe, via Canada and returning via USA. The second trip was to Chile and Argentina. Both trips were professionally put with amazing itineraries that left many wonderful memories. Nicolas has a wonderful knowledge of many of the places we visited as he visited many personally.  He recommended gorgeous places for us to stay in, incredible sights to visit and most importantly found the best airfares that complimented our travels. We cannot say which country was the best, for all places we visited offered something special.  Two places stand out - the incredible scenery of Canada and the thunderous roar from the Iguazu Falls in Argentina.  They were simply amazing and wow factors. During our travels, Nicolas was available to us 24/7 – there aren’t many Travel Agents who offer that sort of service.  We felt comfortable knowing if we needed Nicolas, he would be there for us. Fantastic experience: My wife and I travelled with Qantas Airlines from Johannesburg on the 9th March 2024. This was our first international flight so the anxiety and nerves were settling in. But when we were met by the staff at the departure area,we were made to feel at ease by the special assistance provided. Once we boarded we felt more comfortable with the friendly and professional staff on board. Except for the limited space to stretch and recline, the other facilities were user friendly and great. Making our 13 hour flight more enjoyable. Once we landed our entry into the airport was met with very friendly staff at passport control and customs. Look forward to travelling back with Qantas on the 7th June 2024.

Fantastic experience: I have been so fortunate to have had Nicolas organise airplane tickets for my sister and her husband who is visiting Australia for the first time. This is also their first trip overseas. Both my sister and I were looking online for tickets and everything seemed so complicating and over priced. Fantastic experience: I contacted Nicolas at world travel Connections back in 2021 when I had a visa issued to visit my partner in Australia . Within minutes, Nicolas was responsive. He provided me help and guidance to apply for an Australian visa as mine were pending decisions in the immigration queues. It was during Australian border restrictions I was desperate to have a visa and desperate to see my partner. Nicolas skilfully took over my immigration matter and within days I had my Australian visitors visa granted At this time, this was so difficult , but Nicolas pulled it together, and soon I was on my way to see my partner I since then made contact again with Nicolas at world travel connections to apply for my Partner visa Although Nicolas was overseas at the time., I was able to have a conversation via what’s app Nicolas once again was available He provided diligent advice and guidance. We had a one hour long phone consultation where Nicolas explained and unfolded in details the ins and out of the partner visa As I decided to move forward with my partner visa application, Nicolas provided the list of all the documents I needed to supply as well as assistance with key information for partner visa application. Nicolas Was again able to assist. He was available before , during and after hours. It made life easy. Overtime, we constructed my visa application with the help and assistance of Nicolas. Having someone like him was a plus( I only had to think about Nicolas asked me to do) Nicolas was in charge. He took the time to review countless the details of my application. He was very patient and meticulou in dealing with all the items step by step it all came together. Fantastic experience: Nicolas held our hand every step of the way with designing, organising , and following up on our holiday whirlwind. Business class has ruined us for any other sojourn. Qantas/Lufthansa were exceptional. As with all holidays there are highlights and lowlights, New York and Rome we loved . Sardinia was super quiet ,in contrast, but fabulous to just sit on the beach and read. Lots of driving involved. The Oberoi Hotel in Agra, with all rooms facing the Taj Mahal, was breathtaking The RAAS Hotel in Jodhpur exceptional ,backlit with the Fort behind. And it was lovely to be on the water at the Lake Palace, Udaipur . The welcoming ceremony made me teary. The team on the ground in India (drivers and guides) were thoughtful, knowledgeable and kind. They do have an agenda and were accomodating when we chose to do things differently at times . We have a trillion wonderful memories and have learnt to be more diligent re certain unnecessary stops (in India) of no interest to us. It was so reassuring to know, if we had any trouble/difficulty, Nicolas was ‘Johnny on the spot’ ready to say he was ‘on it’ within minutes. A 24hour/per day safety net was certainly impressive, thanks Nicolas !!x

Fantastic experience: We located WTC through a web search and having read the excellent reviews about their services so we contacted them. We were looking for flights to South America to connect with an itinerary organised by our friends from overseas. Our own attempts were fruitless, so we searched for a agent. Nicolas was able to obtain flights at very reasonable price that connected on a timely basis with our itinerary. Our immediate problem solved we took the opportunity to organise a visit to St Pedro Atacama in Chile. All connecting flights, accommodation and tours worked seamlessly. Fantastic experience: We have just returned from the trip of a lifetime! Nicholas arranged the most incredible itinerary. I'm so glad we went along with his suggestion to do a driving holiday. We saw parts of France and Italy one would never see on a tour or by using trains and flights. We often avoided crowds and the tourist hot spots. Our accommodation was sometimes jaw droppingly incredible! Everywhere we went had a different highlight. I can't say what or where was best. In Paris, our hotel was right next to the Eiffel Tower. We stayed in a 16th Century Chateau in Brittany with gardens to rival the Palace of Versailles. A very lavish upgrade to a Junior Suite in the Luberon region had us in raptures. I could go on and on. We will be booking our next holiday with World Travel Connections. We're already planning it.

Fantastic experience: MIRACLE TOURIST VISA - Last Minute. I contacted Nicolas Delacharlerie at World Travel Connections, in a state of emergency. A relative of mine was stranded in Manchester, with a visa refusal. It was in the late hours of the day on a Sunday and only a few days away from our wedding. Thankfully, they have an after hours emergency contact, which I was able to reach. Immediately my issues were listened to, and before I knew it, a plan of action was coming together. By the same evening, World Travel Connections had contacted my relative in the United Kingdom, and taken over her rather difficult visa application. Nicolas was in constant contact with the both of us to keep us updated and reassured that all would work out as we wanted and it did. He worked tirelessly around the clock to ensure that all the required documents were produced. My sister-in-law's visa application was completely redone with the right documents and the correct visa pathway was taken. In the late hours of the following day, I was contacted to sign on the final documents for the visa. Simultaneously she received a letter for her to review and sign. By the following morning her visa was granted, and she was on her way to Australia. Within 72 hours World Travel Connections successfully turned around the visa application and had a tourist visa granted. A perfect outcome for which I am forever grateful.

I had issues with a ticket which I bought for my daughter online and was unable to change it due some airfare requirements. I contacted Nicolas via email with my travel details. Fantastic experience: We always use World Travel Connections and Nicolas Delacharlerie for our travel arrangements. Once again, this year we did so for our holiday to Bali, Malaysia and Singapore. It was stress free and easy, thanks to Nicolas. He made sure he booked us on flights where we did not have to wait hours between connections. He bent over backwards to do everything that was possible to make our holiday perfect. He organised the APPs needed for Bali and Malaysia and the requirements for Singapore. Without Nicolas' help we would have found this process very difficult as my husband and I are not computer savvy. We were given a complimentary limousine drive to the airport and on our return home. Nicolas kept a track record of our flight details, reminding us of the date and time of each connecting flight and reconfirming it for us. Nicolas organised things that we didn't even think of, such as ESTA visa waiver, transfers.. He recommended us a wonderful hotel, Knots Berry Farm Hotel, we had buffet breakfast and our transfers to the parks as well as the Disneyland Passes were also included! transfers from/to airport, then Mexico flights and another very important thing, on the way back to Sydney we had enough transit in Los Angeles too, not too short and not too long.. Everything was just perfect! He created our itinerary within a day, and it was also a Christmas period, busy season.. nothing is impossible for Nicolas and I highly recommend him to everyone who wants a stress free holiday/trip. Fantastic experience: WE just arrived back from a 11 week trip to Canada & Alaska (x 4 weeks) and South America/ x 5 countries (x 6 weeks) - This was our once in a lifetime long service leave bucket list trip. I am someone that always researches, plans and books my own travel however this was a complex trip, and I was having no joy with flight centre or tour operators, so I decided to seek out a good T agent. Nicholas was amazing, helping us tailor our trip with every fine detail that we wanted as well as communicating and checking in whilst on our trip. he also ensured we got in all of the paperwork and there was a lot- with vaccination affedevits and visas. We had english speaking guides at every airport ensuring our safety and local knowledge was met. Drivers that got us to the airports (we had x 23) so we never missed a flight and if there was a flight change - Nicholas was right onto it making sure we were well organised. He also knew when we would need more rest & the best amount of time to spend in places. we were treated like royalty and stayed in the most amazing hotels. It was truly the most amazing trip and worth spending the extra money with a good agent like Nicholas to ensure that everything was just right.

Fantastic experience: We want to tell you just how fabulous the complete trip has been and still is! Everything has gone like clockwork, the hotels, the cars and the ship have all been fabulous. Most of our travels have had fabulous weather but sadly the Dawes Glacier was a day the wind and rain took hold and it has eluded us. Fantastic experience: Nicolas was absolutely amazing! we contacted him after having our third cancellation on our original flights to Sydney. Nicolas found us tickets to Perth instead of Sydney (which is what we had been trying to do for months) almost straight away after contacting him! Not only that, but he managed to bring us home (5 people) even sooner after hearing about Omicron! It was a really long way and we had to get into 4 different planes but absolutely everything went smoothly! He was checking on us every step of the way and even after arriving in quarantine he has been making sure we are okay. Thanks Nicolas for all your help and great communication during the process. Fantastic experience: I contacted Nicolas with World Travel Connections out of desperation. For months I had been trying to book flights from the USA to Perth to spend time with my very ill sister. But all flights I booked cancelled just days before travel, so I was left with nothing. We heard about Nicolas and how he specialized in getting people back to Australia during COVID. From the outset he was responsive and optimistic. In fact, I thought he was too-good-to-be-true so I set about researching to see if he was legitimate! In the end I decided to take a chance and accept what he offered - flights directly into Perth leaving in just a few days. Everything went really smoothly, except my checked luggage got left behind somewhere. So began the saga of tracking it down. Everything was wrong - incorrectly tagged luggage, me without accurate bag tags, 3 airlines involved. Nicolas worked around the clock, and thinking outside the box, he helped approach the situation from all angles. I finally got my luggage 6 days after I left the USA. I've never been happier to wash my hair and put on a pretty dress to enjoy day 6 of quarantine! Thank you Nicolas for your tireless efforts to take care of me!!!
