Fantastic experience: Simple and straight forward. Took time to review our requirements and provided with multiple options for our itinerary. We had to postpone our journey due to visa issues, but helped us with alternate tickets at a minimal cost. Thank you and good luck

Negative experience: AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST They are cheats! We booked a flight with them and as per their instructions, did a bank transfer approximately $11k. They held our tickets demanding more money and put us under tremendous pressure asking more $8000 with minutes remaining to checkin. This transaction was illegally done since all the ticket payment was done in the bank transfer. With minutes remaining to checkin, they didnt want to release the ticket unless we pay them $8K more from a debit card. Both the original bank transfer and debit card payment made their way through to their account. Now they dont want to pay us back or being casual about it. The whole experience with these unprofessional people like Mandeep and Harpreet is so bad that it cant be expressed in words. They are cheats and their license should be suspended. Now we are fighting to get our "extra" $8k payment back which they are taking very casually.
