Negative experience: I have sent my detailed travel inquiry to Anoush at Travelize. He came back to me in 2 days with the questions that showed me his incompetence and lack of knowledge in traveling through Spain, Portugal and Morocco. For instance, I told him that I want air tickets business class for a 60 years old and he asked me if I want a tour with hostel accommodation for the youth. He had no idea of the existence of river cruising in Spain and Portugal etc. I would not trouble myself to call him back.

Fantastic experience: We have used Travelize (Anoush) for many years now for both family international trips as well as my husband's trips overseas to visit family. He has found us last minute flights when we have had health emergencies with family and needed to leave "now!" Anoush is a very professional agent but he also gets some excellent fares and is very competitive. Most recently, my husband was stuck in Turkey due to all planes being grounded in a snow storm and Istanbul airport being closed down completely. Anoush went above and beyond, calling us both late at night to ensure we had tickets rebooked, sorted out cancellations of flights and then helped with all the paperwork required with COVID due to cancelled flights. He goes above and beyond for his clients and I would whole heartedly recommend him to all my friends. Thank you Anoush - you made a difficult situation very easy for us.

This was a big trip to the US to visit family for a couple of months leaving in Nov 2021 and coming back early 2022. Anoush was fantastic!
