Flight Centre Paddington

Negative experience: Went to buy a voucher for my son’s birthday. The process requires a receiver and my email address’. Showed them on my screen and they failed to copy both correctly. His birthday was only saved by the email to me arriving (miss addressed in my husbands spam folder) without this we would still be imagining that fc would have got it sorted. But no, the voucher to my son went elsewhere. So far, recoverable. Much of customer service is how you respond to mistakes. Flight Centre Paddington took 5 visits and many calls to even start sorting things out. Finally convinced them to cancel and refund but the most frustrating thing was that through all this they never managed to say “Sorry” - even when they were prompted to do so. One star is one too many, will certainly not be going back and may share my experience with others.

Fantastic experience: This has got to be one of the best flight centres! Gabbi helped make planning the trip and understanding everything (including why the adds on are a definite need) a cake walk! Cannot recommend the Paddington flight centre enough, Gabbi and the team there will make you feel so welcomed and give you an awesome stress free experience!

Negative experience: Don't waste your time, you get no benefits than if you just booked directly through the cruise. All you get is late room number to board, usually 1 week before departure and a massive deposit you have to pay. The planners are a waste of time and don't work for you or help you.

Negative experience: Very disappointing- two weeks on and still zero follow up from our initial visit.

Fantastic experience: Gabbi was exactly the right person to help me organise an important arrangement for flights etc. From initial phone contact to finalising 'in store Gabbi was calm, kind, easy to work with, and above all: Very professional. We will be using Gabbi at Paddington, Brisbane for travel bookings in the future

Negative experience: DONT DO IT!!! Thought I would try booking via travel agent, their cruise booking system is crap, communication could have been better and was advised of a 6-12 week wait for a refund ($200 in credit card interest) Luckily refund ended up being only few days but no communication about it Then on top I missed out on cruise I wanted was at capacity

Negative experience: I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with Flight Centre, and I will never use them again to book a holiday. They seem incapable of coordinating even the simplest bookings—let alone a holiday involving transfers and activities. From start to finish, the process was riddled with mistakes, nearly causing us to miss our trip entirely. Despite our best efforts to get clear information from them, it was too late to make any additional reservations, including meals, activities, and shore excursions, because they consistently failed to provide the correct details in a timely manner. We had to chase them repeatedly, and they refused to call us back both before and during our trip, as well as afterward. Save yourself a major headache and book your trip directly through the providers instead. Avoid Flight Centre at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Rather than book my flights on-line, a friend recently suggested I contact the Flight Centre. I took his advice and contacted the Flight Centre Paddington Branch and spoke with Jenny. Jenny was so extremely helpful and kind in establishing a flight schedule for me. I was very impressed by her knowledge and patience as I changed dates and destinations. I will not hesitate to contact the Flight Centre again, next time I fly.

Fantastic experience: Roy was the best person I could have imagined in preparing my 7yo flights to her Dad in NZ, we came across a couple of road bumps along the way but he has the resolve to ensure that my child was going to be delivered safely. I had issues with her last journey when her flights had been booked on a connecting flight that did not accommodate unaccompanied minors which would have rendered her abandoned in Auckland so Roy worked very hard to ensure all was safe and in good order. I will book my daughter's with Roy for all her flights going forward. Thanks Roy you are a ⭐⭐⭐⭐
