Negative experience: Booked a 3 month holiday with belleto europe told her we wanted to be near the beaches that did not happen from day one in Rome sent us to the wrong train station then every thing went down hill from there most of the accommodation in Europe was on cliff sides to get to the beach was catch 3 buses or walk 500 stairs to get to most of our hotels was by taxi and late at night the taxis were anywhere from 150 to 300 euro which she did not tell us about so we wasted so much of our spending money on stupid taxis because that was the only way to get to hotel we told her we wanted to be in Florence but guess where she placed us in a hotel in an industrial site nothing else there except for a train station 2 kilometres away none of the hotels matched up with the hotels the nights we arrived at the hotels were so far from the airport when we got there nothing was open so several nights we had no food this was supposed to be a holiday of a lifetime for me and my husband I had made it quite clear when we booked we did not want any issues for someone who says she has travelled the world this trip did not go as I wanted it to we wasted do much time and several thousands of dollars extra on unessential travel very disappointed won't be using them again
Hi Karen I sat on the response to this review for quite a while before responding. To say I am personally hurt by this review sounds strange but it is exactly how I feel. I went above and beyond for your booking ( so much you thought the same giving me a beautiful gift basket when you saw me last moving us both to almost tears ) . So when I saw this review I was shocked. The European coast is very much cliffs , especially where you were. You were given access to know every single hotel months before you travelled , in fact I encouraged you to check them all before we went ahead and booked them. I gave you multiple print outs of the itinerary before you booked. As an agent its my job to recommend places to stay but ultimately you need to check the location etc to ensure it fits your needs. I offered you transfers and was advised they were too expensive ( as yes European cities - especially close to the beach are not near airports ) you advised you would arrange your own. Of course your hotels matched up - you came in for a pre departure meeting like we do with all our clients to ensure everything runs smoothly. Every hotel you stayed in ( as I checked them all - had a restaurant or close by so you saying several nights you had no food , I am not sure why. Your review reads like it is my fault your holiday ended the way it did , when myself and the insurer were told differently. In fact I was able to recover a large portion of your non refundable trip due to the information you supplied me at the time. Which when you did contact me to come home weeks early I put everything down and stepped in and helped you , even though I was on leave about to step onto a plane myself. I even personally paid close to $500 for your extra legroom seats for you both to be comfortable for the long flight home. Not to mention the hours of paperwork needed to recover the above for you . During the booking process I saw you after hours , on my days off to work within your timing and schedule as I valued you as a client and I thought you valued me as an experienced agent. After this above review and the way you treated me post receiving your refunds we would not be a good fit as we value clients who value us . I hope you review your words above. As to put it plainly they are false , misleading and damaging to our business . We take great care in planning our clients holidays and its a shame you felt the need to write the above after all I personally did for you. I guess its a lesson for myself that people really will treat you this way after going above and beyond for them. Belle

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. We were recommended to this agent to plan our first trip overseas as our original trip was cancelled, and we had money to spend on another. Arrived for our confirmed 3 times appointment to be told to wait 40 mins because they had double booked. This was in February this year…sat with a consultant for about 15 mins as she wrote down our budget and wishlist…no response to any messages left and thank good we found another agent and are leaving in 6 weeks for the holiday of a lifetime…found the owner, Belle I believe, to be quite rude and unhelpful. Will never recommend to anyone. 6 months later and still no call back…very poor service.
Hi Jeannie , We , like on the day apologize for double booking during your appointment time ,we had just moved to a new appointment system, but we are human and make mistakes. But we were able to pop you straight in with Imogen who sat with you and listened to your holiday plans. I have looked through any messages or calls you might have made following up ( as we record all incoming calls ) and I haven't been able to find any. I have not had any interactions with you other than profusely apologizing on the day as I was already sitting with an appointment . Fantastic experience: Imagine being stuck in a freak snowstorm and your flights impacted. Imagine the airline cancelling your connecting international flight and you rushing around not knowing what to do. Whatever unexpected things we have encountered, Belle, Imogen and Jillian always have us covered. Always working around the clock to find a solution. Never ever giving up until we were safe. They have been creating the most memorable family holidays for us for years, from cruises to snow trips, they do it all. The trust I have in them is irreplaceable and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Definitely reach out to this amazing team if you want a thoroughly planned, worry free holiday and of course at the best price possible.
Negative experience: Nice enough agent, average at best communication. Never received a quote. Followed up 6-8 weeks later and still never received a quote. Went with a different agent, worked out much better.

Fantastic experience: I have now booked a number of cruises with Belle. Never a problem and nothing is a problem for her. She always gets me the best deal and best price. I will continue to work with Belle in the future. I have never met Belle it all happens via email etc. it’s awesome. I tell her what I want and need and she sorts it from there. I have traveled quite a bit and never found the organizing easier than when I work with Belle. She does it all.

Fantastic experience: We were recommended to come here from friends. Bell and her team are so professional and caring. Bell put our minds at ease in planning our holiday, making all the arrangements we didn't have to lift a finger to arrange our tour. We fly out on the 14th of October. The first part of our journey is Rome travelling through Italy . Counting down the days till we leave. We will be back for our next overseas holidays.

Fantastic experience: I chose them after a recommendation from another satisfied customer, and ended up having one of the best cruises ever to Tasmania, before Covid hit. It was on a ship that hadn't been in Australian waters before, so much fun and really interesting stops.

We planned a very spontaneous holiday to celebrate my 42nd birthday, and Belle arranged everything flawlessly, within less than 8 weeks! Belle kept me constantly updated and always returned my calls. The flights, the transfers, accommodation, tours. Everything was absolutely perfect. A big thank you for suggesting a Luau! It was our most favourite experience in Hawaii. We have have never traveled overseas before, and we really appreciated your advice and expertise. We look forward to arranging our holiday to LA, Maui and Oahu with you next year. Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Belle highly enough! She found a Cruise for me at an amazing price and also the best price for Travel Insurance, so she has saved me a lot of money' which is fantastic for me. Belle helped me with the payment etc as I was struggling with the process, nothing was too much trouble and all of this took place late on a Sunday night! You can't go wrong... if your looking to do any kind of travel give Belle a call and she will do her best for you!
