Fantastic experience: We booked a Windstar cruise to Tahiti through Michael Sing, and our experience from beginning to end was fabulous. As a result of Michael's knowledge and experience of Windstar and Tahiti, he recommended some excellent excursions and experiences we will never forget. The hotel location at Hilton Tahiti was ideal and close to local shops, and offered beautiful accomodation and was close to the airport and not far from the city. Michael arranged flights for us which provided plenty of additional time prior to and after the cruise. Due to Michaels expertise and attention to detail, we highly recommend Michael to organise your next Windstar cruise.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been travelling internationally for over 15 yrs and Michael Sing from Discerning Traveller has been our trip advisor for most of that time. He has been friendly, courteous and always reliable. Nothing is too much trouble for him. We have graduated from bus tours and self-drive holidays, to train tours, and most recently several ocean cruises. We have visited many parts of world now. And Michael’s recommendations have always been spot on. Whether it’s to eastern or western Europe, UK, Japan, Iceland or Canada and beyond, he has been loyal to a fault. Even through post COVID when everybody was cancelling everything, he was there for us. When he advised us to wait (and wait) for a full refund on Europe business class tickets he was right. We got our full refund in the end. He advises what tickets or fares to buy and when, and always seems to be able to get a great deal on flights or accom. Most recently he suggested we do a one week cruise in Tahiti - with a night or two before and after sailing. We wouldn’t have thought about Tahiti but we jumped at it. He had just done a cruise there. So he knows what we like and thinks for us. We would highly recommend Michael. He is just the nicest man to deal with. Ray & Helen

Fantastic experience: So far, I've only made a booking for July 2024, so I can't comment on the cruise until then. However, it was a pleasure dealing with a knowledgeable agent named Michael. What a contrast to the inexperienced and pushy people on some of the larger cruise websites who get names wrong and are dismissive of simple requests.

Fantastic experience: I have a had great experience working with Val booking my Holland American cruise around N.Z. Nothing was a trouble as I always ask a lot of questions and Val had the answers to all of them. So impressed with Val we have booked another cruise for September.
