Fantastic experience: Rich is a champion. Every time we went there he was working like an absolute machine and was working so hard to make sure everything was perfect and everyone was happy.

Fantastic experience: Rich booked us a nice package deal of a flight of the Whitsundays and a snorkel trip to Whitehaven Beach. Unfortunately, there was a problem with our aircraft and it needed to be canceled. We booked the trips together at a discount, but the flight company wanted to refund only the flight portion, leaving us pay the full amount for the boat portion. Rich felt that was unfair and was able to get us a better refund. We were quite pleased with Gypsy Travel!

Fantastic experience: Great place to rent a car. We got a car for a day with no extra charge for a baby seat! Very easy to organise and stress free. Rich was easy going and recommended some sights around Airlie. Definitely recommend!!
