Alhamdulillah Umrah arrangements for accommodation were really good and Qaisar bhai was always available for advice and help as I had lots of questions. Fantastic experience: We had our Umrah planned through Cheetah travel for March 2023 and Alhamdollilah it has been a great experience for us. I highly recommend planning umrah/haj via Cheetah Travel Centre. Our agent took care of everything without us worrying about our hotels and transport. Our hotels were really good and just a few minutes walk from haram. Our driver from Jeddah to Mecca was also very kind and graciously waited 20 minutes for us to get our sim cards. Looking forward to planning our Haj with them Insha’Allah.

Fantastic experience: Good service we have used them for Umra. Need to improve transfer service between airport Macca Madina. In our case driver provided left us at Jeddah Airport 6 hours earlier then flight specially if you are travelling with kids it's very difficult need to improve these sort of issues. We also have issue with hotel room but it was taken care by their agent in Saudi. Still I will recommend them if they can improve above mentioned issues. Thanks.
