They go to great lengths to ensure we have the best options and deals and are happy to share booking - us doing some and them doing other parts. I highly recommend this travel business. A few more words to describe the business - Friendly, helpful, good travel suggestions, timely response, clear re travel rules (when they apply) and all bookings have been stress free. We have needed to change bookings at times and they have gone out of their way to make this work for us. Thanks for a very long travel relationship. PS We don't live near Benalla any longer - we do everything by phone and email.
