Fantastic experience: Samantha at Southern Crossings planned an excellent trip for us. We spent 3.5 weeks touring the east coast of Australia in Dec 23/Jan 24. We visited Melbourne, Barossa Valley, Uluru, Lizard Island, Sydney and Brisbane. All the hotels and restaurants were top-notch as were our guides. I had been sailing for over 7 months across the Pacific and wanted a land package. the experience was seamless, wonderful and worth every penny. It is so refreshing to work with true travel professionals. They then followed up with the itinerary, airfare, transfers, experiences to alight with our vision. It was flawless. Fantastic experience: I wish I had words to adequately convey how much the team (especially Samantha Thomas) worked to make my dream come true. From Sydney to Perth, to Ningaloo Reef and vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, Kangaroo Island and back to Sydney again, everything was even better than I imagined. I had beautiful accommodations and seamless airport transfers and professional guides and there was not a request they didn't accommodate, not a question they didn't answer. If you have ever dreamed of Australia, don't leave that dream to anyone else but Southern Crossings.

As if being friendly and efficient were not enough, Jacki (our travel superhero) was in constant contact with us throughout the trip, providing additional support and insight as needed. We now have memories of an incredible experience that could not have happened without their expertise.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding. Samantha organised a bespoke self drive tour of Tasmania for us. We saw the company referenced in Vogue Travel and our experience was flawless and more competitive than us making seperate bookings. We indulged with Strahan, Pumphouse point ( stunning), Thousand Lakes Lodge, Macq1 in Hobart and wrapped up at Saffire in Freycinet for some absolute luxury. Every aspect of the arrangements were top rate. I’d highly recommend this group. And do try Pumphouse and Saffire at least once in your Life.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Southern Crossings 10 stars I would! My husband and I had planned to go to Australia for our honeymoon for over 2+ years. As the pandemic hit, Australia wasn't letting visitors in and our wedding was postponed, our hopes of our dream vacation slowly slipped away. However, once they announced the borders were open, I started to look for the best travel agency. I found Southern Crossings through Town and Country Magazine and my hopes for a 5-star vacation became reality. We were debating between Southern Crossings, and another company and once we had our Zoom with Paul, we knew that we would be in good hands. We expressed what we were looking to get out of our trip and wanted some suggestions as well. Paul tailored EVERY SINGLE detail of what we were looking for in our trip to our needs. The itinerary was amazing, and their new app is SO easy and helpful. It outlines what you are doing every day, gives detail about the activities, and tells you the timing. Lastly, if any changes have to be made throughout the trip, it updates automatically. When we had some questions while we were in the country, Paul was very responsive, and even asked if we would like to meet him in person! (which he did on our last Saturday in Sydney ) I expressed interest after hearing about a restaurant while in Sydney, and he helped push to get us off the extremely long waitlist by emailing them. He made sure we had the BEST rooms at each hotel we stayed at, and I still wish I was back in Sydney at the Park Hyatt (where he made sure we had the most amazing room across from the Opera House!) I know finding the right company to work with is stressful when you are trying to plan a trip, but they seriously are the best of the best. All of our transportation was high end, and always timely. I had no worries on the trip because every single thing had been taken care of. I can't wait to go back to visit in a few years, so Paul can plan our trip!

Whilst Blue Mountain options were known to us, this was something quite different – a beautiful spacious room in this small and intimate property with stunning views; a culinary journey from the moment we arrived; local hikes; treatments; we completely relaxed over 2 special nights. Fantastic experience: We heard from industry experts and friends that have you used Southern Crossings about how seamless their experiences have been. So when we decided to do a multi day hike within Australia we went to them. From the get go they were fantastic. From asking us about what we wanted and expected to suggesting The Larapinta Trail. They custom made the whole trip for us from flights to hotels, even suggesting little details that only experience could have knowledge of. We came back from the trip totally convinced about the value of what they did for us. It was almost having someone one step ahead of us so we were ready for each day of our beautiful hike.
