Rachael Heelan from Paradise Point has looked after our travel plans for Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and Norfolk Island. Nothing is a problem and everything is organised with a minimum of fuss including arranging travel insurance. Fantastic experience: We have recently booked two family holidays (Fiji and Hawaii) with Melanie Hardy. Throughout the booking process Melanie was so helpful and friendly. Her suggestions on family accommodation options in both places were excellent. When we had an unexpected issue in Fiji and had to reschedule our flights home, she was amazing in helping us to rebook the flights at the last minute. Fantastic experience: Melanie Hardy assisted me with cruise bookings for 8 couples for our wedding at sea. Many challenges were encountered with the cruise line and many detailed questions from a group who were mainly first-time cruisers. Mel was amazingly patient with all our group and went above and beyond to help everyone understand the many intricacies of cruising. With so many other details to be covered with respect to the ceremony onboard, I was very grateful to have Mel managing everyones' travel needs rather than them coming to me. Just wonderful! Fantastic experience: We recently had 7 weeks in Europe, at the time of planning we had no idea other than the countries we wanted to visit. Rach put together a list of places we should see while working around our Rugby World Cup games we’d booked. The places recommended by Rach were wonderful, our accommodation all in central areas but not mainstream hotels which made the trip even better. We made our way from Berlin down to Lisbon mostly by train with only two short flights where it made sense, all booked by Rach. Trains are such a great way to travel, such a simple process compared to flying. Photo’s are San Sebastián, our hotel an old Convent and beautiful, loved it rooms were really modern. Rach said we had to see San Sebastián and I now know why, we’d go back in a heartbeat!! We’re 4 weeks home now and still feel like we’re on holidays, thats a good holiday! Thank you Rach!

Fantastic experience: Bri Williams organized our 42-day adventure to Turkey, Greece, Italy and Singapore. She organized small independent hotels stays throughout our trip all of which were centrally located in the cities/towns. Fantastic experience: Melanie has been my travel agent for over 20 years. I've followed Melanie through her various travel agencies. I wouldn't ask anyone else to arrange my international travel. She is friendly, knowledgeable and diligent, and she looks after me. In the age of the internet, its easy to search and find travel options. However, Melanie is on top of changes to timetables (which happened on my most recent trip), and just gets it sorted; and gets me that aisle seat if it's available. Booking with Melanie is like having travel insurance; you know that she has your back, and her prices are as competitive as any I've seen. Highly recommended. 5 and half stars out of 5

Fantastic experience: We have used Rachael for both our trips to Europe. As we live in the country most of our communication was phone or email. Rachael was excellent, both our 6 week trips went perfectly. Our second trip was cancelled and rebooked several times due to covid, Rachael was always on hand to give advice and rebook. As we were first time overseas travellers, and in our 70's we were so lucky to have Rachael help plan our trip. It was lovely to board our cruise and find a note and wine in our cabin. Fantastic experience: I have been using Melanie Hardy from Travel Associates for almost 12 months now. All I can say is thank God I found her. Melanie has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to holiday destinations not to mention the lengths, she goes to in making sure our holidays absolutely perfect. On more than one occasion we had decided to extend our stay, a quick email to Melanie and she has new flights sorted and our accommodation rebooked. Nothing is ever a problem. One of my favorite things is receiving our folder which she puts together with all our travel documents, insurances, itineraries, etc. So far Melanie has organized our First-class fights to Africa, our adventure packed holiday to Dubai, just recently our family holiday to Bali. We are now finalizing a trip to Ibiza and Italy. Knowing that I have a travel professional looking over us while we are abroad really puts our minds at ease. I can't recommend Melanie enough.
