Negative experience: My experience with Helloworld Auburn travel agency was terrible. I had high hopes for a seamless and stress-free travel booking process, but unfortunately, they fell short on multiple levels. First and foremost, I was shocked when they provided false information regarding the visa requirements for the country I intended to visit. Helloworld asked for extra fees, which were not true at all. This lack of transparency left a bitter taste in my mouth and made me question the integrity of their business practices. Their lack of knowledge in this crucial area was utterly disappointing and unprofessional. Another aspect that disappointed me was their unfulfilled promise of contacting me for further information. I provided my contact number, expecting timely updates, but to this day, I haven't received a single call from them. This lack of communication demonstrates their indifference towards customer service and leaves clients feeling neglected. Worst of all, the ticket they offered me was exorbitantly expensive, coming in at a staggering $6,000. This price was significantly higher than what other reputable travel agencies were offering for similar itineraries.
