Fantastic experience: I would say 5 stars is not enough to rate the holiday my husband and I have just enjoyed. Thank you Mandy for all your help. It was a holiday full of laughter, companionship, great tours and good food. To sum it up in one word AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: We’ve just returned from the fabulous 5-day Southern Ocean Island Hop, visiting the beautiful Flinders, King and Kangaroo Islands. Our group of 8 travellers enjoyed full days of exploring both Flinders and King Islands, including delicious meals showcasing much of each Island’s local produce, and very comfortable accommodation each night. However, the star of our trip was without doubt the Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo Island, which could only be described as luxurious in every way – The Lodge itself, the wine cellar, our suites, service, cuisine, views, tours and much more. Our lovely and very capable Tour Leader, Mandy, ensured that every aspect of the entire trip ran smoothly, and we always felt very safe in the hands of our very experienced Pilot Greg. Definitely a holiday filled with wonderful experiences and memories we will always treasure.

Fantastic experience: Air Adventure never fails to deliver.The Southern Ocean Island Hop is only 4 nights of fun and wonderment, but encompasses so much including the stunning natural beauty of Flinders Island and the wow of the Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo Island. Brilliantly facilitated by the ever-engaging and super-organised Mandy and brilliant pilot Greg, he of the super-smooth take offs and landings. Great experience showcasing our southern isles. Go do it!

Fantastic experience: We’ve just returned from the Air Adventure Greatest Escape trip. This was an exceptional experience with Mandy as tour leader making sure everything went smoothly and Nick our pilot handling dirt strips with ease. The trip included some exceptional stops in WA including El Questro Homestead and Karijini. The time on MV Great Escape was the highlight for me. Stopping off and WIlliam Creek and the Painted Desert tour on the way back is not to missed. Will be looking for more tours with Air Adventure.

Fantastic experience: Air Adventure’s Flyaway Faraway is a magical tour that flies you to Australia’s Top End, Red Centre and Kimberley regions. I particularly enjoyed the West MacDonnell ranges, the wilderness of Point Stuart, the Bullo River Station, the isolation of the Kimberley Coastal Camp and the spectacular ruggedness of Kings Canyon and the Brachina Gorge in the Flinders Ranges. At every stop we had informative guides who provided in-depth history and knowledge of these special places. I can’t speak highly enough of our lovely tour leader, Mandy, who together with Nick, our experienced pilot, took such care of everyone’s needs every day to ensure our comfortable and very safe travels. Their passion for their jobs gave a memorable, happy and fun experience for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Flinders Ranges Tour - Everything I had imagined and more - guided by incredibly knowledgeable people - a view of our earth millions of years ago. It is an ‘Air Adventure’.

Fantastic experience: Our second trip with Air Adventure was truly excellent. Being able to visit Flinders, King & Kangaroo Islands for the first time in one go was exactly what we wanted, especially ending up spending 2 nights at the recently opened rebuilt Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo. The food on each island was of the highest order - Blue Eye Trevalla on Flinders, Crayfish for lunch & a 5 course degustation dinner at Wild Harvest on King plus interesting menus at Southern Ocean Lodge coupled with an amazing selection of included South Australian wines. All the tours on all islands had knowledgeable & friendly guides. Our AA tour guide Mandy & pilot Greg were both outstanding & made for a truly memorable trip

Fantastic experience: Custom Ocean to Outback Another great experience on our terrific Air Adventure tour. This is our second tour with Air Adventure and once again we were not disappointed. The whole experience from designing our tour to making sure that our hotel transfer at Essendon was first class. Jules, our tour leader and Nick, our pilot worked very well as a team and kept us relaxed and safe. We have played some great golf courses around the world but all said that ocean dunes and cape Wickham are by far the most beautiful and challenging courses they have ever played by far . The food , wine and accommodations at lost farm was fantastic and the views at the accommodation at cape Wickham spectacular.. Thank you to Nick and Greg our pilots for looking after us , they were amazing and so skilled. These places have ruined us , don’t want to go anywhere else Thanks again John and the team . Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience for my friends to experience, they loved every minute of this golf adventure. I was suppose to attend but at the last minute I was rushed into hospital and could not attend, once better I am hoping to rebook and attend myself this time.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful trip with everything going extremely smoothly from the booking right through to arriving back at Essendon Fields. The golf was spectacular in every way.

Negative experience: Downgraded our plane on the morning. (update - it was a massive downgrade from the plane advertised and promised) Forgot to pick us up on the return, that took multiple calls to resolve (update - the pilot of the plane wasn't even available and had only just arrived dispute the 1.30hr delay. (Update - Also be aware the 1 member of the group will not be able to sit with the group as someone was required to sit in the cockpit.) So many missteps on the "dream trip" and they showed no interest in resolving. (update - considering the cost of the trip and the extra we paid for things we didn't receive the offer, there was no offer of a refund) Highly recommend King Island just not with Air Adventures

Fantastic experience: The Greatest Escape This is a tour that takes in fantastic outback Australia locations: from the ground breaking Australian Wildlife Conservation northwest of Alice Springs, through Kununurra to world famous El Questro Homestead, down the Kimberley Coast to see the majesty of gorges, river, Montgomery Reef and the Horizontal Falls to Broome aboard the MV Great Escape. Then back to Essendon via the Painted Desert near William Creek. Covering so much ground in a short time: in the Pilatus PC12 plane and the extraordinary Great Escape catamaran, complete with its own helicopter. The small group expertly hosted by John and our pilot Greg. It really is the Greatest Escape!

Fantastic experience: We have just had the trip of a lifetime with air adventure , the trip went without a hitch and so varied from day to day , the food and accommodation was exceptional, nothing is too much trouble , they are an amazing company to travel with , we highly recommend travelling with them .

Fantastic experience: If you really want to go to the Australian Outback in style then I highly recommend AirAdventure. Our trip was seamlessly planned to meet our budget and exceed our expectations and when the unexpected happened (flat tyre in the middle of nowhere, on a Sunday) they sprung into action and took care of everything. It’s important to know you are in safe hands and we were. They know all the best locations, have the best relationships and are just the best… thank you for making our Adventure to the Bungles and Finniss River one we will never forget.

Fantastic experience: It really was a once in a life time holiday. We were surprised that Air Adventure could not top the previous days activities, but they did! Meticulous care to all our needs and scheduled at a good pace to combine adventure and relaxation. The people we met were all so passionate to welcome us to their very special environments, culinary treats and cultural places we visited.

Fantastic experience: I have traveled with Air Adventure before so I knew that the standard would be high. The Ultimate Gourmet Escape exceeded my expectations on so many levels and there is so much more to the experience than the itinerary suggests. It may seem pricey - but it is great value.

The tour leader was very professional and pilot outstanding. On the Great Escape boat component, adding the helicopter package is essential to gain maximum enjoyment. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: The Grand Outback Photography 2022 Tour was fantastic. The choice of locations - Flinders Ranges, Uluru, Bungle Bungles, Bullo River and Mt Borradaile (Arnhem Land) - gave varied perspectives - photographically, geologically and culturally. The accommodation, while not lavish, was as good as it gets in these remote parts of Australia and certainly up to standard. Ewen Bell's leadership and photographic skills and his willingness to share were first rate - his knowledge and easy manner were key factors in making the trip so enjoyable. The group was great - unfortunately Covid reduced the numbers in the second half of the trip. I have been on a number of photographic tours, but this was one of the best without any doubt. If you want to experience a snippet of central and northern Australia over two weeks, this is the way to do it.

Fantastic experience: Another great experience with Air Adventure who organised a private tour for myself and a group of friends. The itinerary more than fulfilled the brief and the attention to detail was amazing! Accomodation at all three destinations was incredible, the food and wine excellent and the guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. A huge thanks to all involved in the organisation and on the tour and I look forward to travelling with you again in the future.

Fantastic experience: We recently came back from the Ultimate Gourmet Getaway in South Australia and we certainly did not come back hungry! We had some wonderful food experiences especially a seafood feast cooked by Chef Chris Bunder in his own home in Port Lincoln. The other special dining experience was at Mayura Wagyu Beef farm where we were served Wagyu beef in 3 different ways. The especially the final dish of rump steak which just melted in your mouth was especially good. All of our marvelous meals came with matching wines so it truly was a gourmet delight. My one criticism is that there was too much food. I am sure that this will be addressed by John Dyer. Air Adventure Australia trips are always very well organised with the best accommodation that can be found in the area. I cannot fail to mention our Tour Leader Mandy Churchill who did an excellent job of managing our getaway. Thank you Mandy.

Fantastic experience: Lake Eyre trip, April 1-4 2022-excellent trip with a great group of travellers who gelled very early on. Very ably led by the very personable and helpful Mandy Churchill. Communication very good. Accommodation also v. good and better than expected in the outback. So good having local guides. 10/10!

Fantastic experience: We had a trip to King Island to play golf. COVID restrictions made it frustrating and the trip was on, off and on again. Air Adventures did a great job. The instructions were clear the pilot fabulous and the whole trip truly memorable.

Fantastic experience: We got back on Friday night from a 12 day Private holiday with Air Adventure. The trip was to Cape York and The Gulf from Melbourne. We were a group of friends, mixed with couples and singles. The holiday was fantastic and to say we were blown away every single day is an understatement. Our trip started at Essendon airport to Burketown, Mornington Island, Horn Island, Thursday and Friday island, Horn Island, Haggerstone island, Cooktown, Laura and Mount Mulligan. Every day was a new adventure and new experiences. Stargazing in the desert, sunset cruise, indigenous culture tours at Burketown. At Mornington Island we saw the most amazing artwork by renown indigenous artists and had the pleasure of meeting the artists, family and children. An experience I will never forget. At Karumba we had a sunset cruise to Sand Island to have dinner of mud crab, prawns and drinks. Spectacular. Horn Island we had a great WW2 tour, a trip by boat to Thursday and Friday island in the Torres Strait. At Bamaga we arrived to see and stand on the most northern tip of Australia! From there onto Hicks Island and boat to Haggerstone Island for three nights, a private Island that is absolute paradise. The fishing, snorkelling, swimming was fantastic. The food was amazing. On to Cooktown, a historic tour of the town, the Endeavour and James Cook. Onto Laura to a brilliant Quinkan rock art trip, spectacular. Then to Mount Mulligan lodge for an experience of fabulous accommodation and location, food and adventure. Kayaking, ATV driving, swimming and cocktails at sunset to name a few. Air Adventure is a fantastic company that facilitated our brilliant holiday. John Dyer and Lyndal were so lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful and we’re always ready to answer our questions. We couldn’t have had a better experience thanks to the company. Our pilot Rob Thomas was beyond brilliant. Professional, organised, informative and also a great personality. The plane was a beauty. Comfortable with a view from every windows and there were views like no other! Thanks to everyone at Air Adventure for our fantastic trip.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful. Two families travelled for two weeks on a life changing holiday where we were immersed in Australia's remote beauty. Eight passengers, a great pilot and an inspiring guide. Accustomed to holidays in Capri, Paris, and the Maldives we set out with high expectations for an outback discovery trip. Every one of us enjoyed every moment and rate it as a must do, to be repeated trip. The patient pilot took time to explain every aspect of our sometimes-daily flights, sharing his contagious joy of flying with us all. Pre-travel concern as to wine and food proved unfounded with gourmet rewards each day (I carried wine and brought it home). We caught barramundi in the Northern Territory, bathed under remote waterfalls, helicoptered to never-before visited scenic mountain tops, felt fantastic and loved every minute. In the Kimberly’s we stayed on an unspoilt beach, fished and bathed in absolute beauty. It was here that we were intimately introduced to our indigenous culture, a life changing unique opportunity. It was also extremely hot. Air Adventure arranged three birthday celebrations on three different days for us over the two weeks – at Bullo River, on the Kimberley Coast and Uluru with celebrations extending to sand dunes and the Birdsville Pub! All great lifelong memories. More than the unique scenery, more than the great food, more than the cool waters and racing down red desert sand dunes, more than the informative commentary and immersion in outback Australia and our history, the greatest pleasure was meeting unique characters choosing to live their lives in this beautiful harsh bit rewarding country and loving it.

Positive experience: It was fabulous experience to all of us. Well organised and we had a wonderful time, both on and off golf courses.

Fantastic experience: A magic way to view parts of the Northern Territory in The Wet. Travelling around in a 12 seater Cessna with a group of like minded people. Can't be beaten. accommodation and food excellent all round. Hot and sweaty time to visit the NT but well worth it. Lots of wild life and driving in a boat on what should be roads in Arnhem Land. Wonderful aboriginal rock paintings. Learning about how Bullo River Station is becoming ecological sustainable. Flying low in a helicopter over the land and swimming in creeks and above a waterfall. A wonderful time with nothing to complain about.

Fantastic experience: I've played golf all over the world and on the best courses - these two courses were as good as anything as lve ever played. AAG was extremely well organised, planned everything for us and made informed suggestions on the extras (ie: pre ordering the tastiest lobsters for entree). We stayed at Cape Wickham and all 12 of us are keen to return asap. Amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: We decided in the COVID lockdown we needed a special experience to look forward to and booked a golfing weekend at King Island. Air Adventure golf booked everything and it was a perfect weekend. Everything was very well organized and I can say playing golf at Cape Wickham is a "bucket list" experience made all the better because of the professional organization provided by Air Adventure. Fantastic experience: I just organized a four day golf tour at Barnboogle's two magnificent golf courses and King Island's two world class golf courses through Air Adventure. It was brilliant and went seamlessly from leaving Essendon Fields until we arrived back at our Melbourne destination. Most professional and helpful organization. If you are thinking of playing any of these outstanding courses I thoroughly recommend that you go via Air Adventure. We left Essendon around 9.00 am and were standing on the first tee at Lost Farm two hours later. The flight over was smooth and very enjoyable on their most impressive light aircraft. All transfers were on time and Staff just so accomodating making life so easy and our bucket list trip a tour one to remember and savor with such happy memories.

Flights & the works done...They supply a full itinerary download to your phone. Stick to that schedule and everything runs like clockwork. Everything booked, Golf, carts, meals and hire car. I arrived at KI - car rental - greeted by “Hello Mr Beare your car is there waiting.” Ocean Dunes T time booked ,aligned with travel arrival time perfectly. Accomodation, dinner bookings, golf at Cape Wickham could not be faulted. Highly recommended.....

Fantastic experience: Went through Air Adventure for a trip to King Island to play Cape Wickham and Ocean Dunes,. The team’s service from start to finish was first class. The correspondence via email from the planning stage to itinerary was seamless and the hosts were great. They had local knowledge of the region and gave us all the tips to ensure we had a great time. We enjoyed the accom at Cape Wickham and would recommend staying in the pods near the clubhouse as it made it so easy, another great suggestion from the team at Air Adventure. Cannot wait for the same trip next year and when I plan my Barnbougle trip Air Adventure will once again be getting my business.
