Positive experience: Organised by iExpeditions, I could not fault the service provided by Ben and Tiffany to me. From assistance to arrange flights, efficient, safe monetary transactions, advice at each step by prompt return email and just lovely people with whom to do business. Antarctica is simply life changing! A dream itinerary, brilliant expedition crew, fabulous catering, engineering and service personnel. The 21 day, G Expeditions journey which followed Shackleton's journey visited The Falklands/Malvinas, South Georgia and onward to Antarctica, finishing in Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego. Rough weather with 12 metre seas for a few days highlighted the inadequacies of an older 1970s vessel (although modernised and mechanically refitted internally) which tossed and pitched more than one should expect. That aside one could not fault the expertise of the world class expedition crew who each day gave informative talks and recaps of the action packed agenda and locales, using their special skills and knowledge of history, geography, marine and mammalian biology, birdlife and botany,to ecology and environmental science. Perfect weather in Antarctica allowed us the full range of shore excursions, sea kayaking and unique experiences each day. A true 'bucket list' journey I highly recommend for a totally immersive experience you will never forget..

Fantastic experience: This 22 day, Falklands, Sth Georgia, Antarctic peninsular cruise on ship "G Expedition" exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The ship is the perfect size to navigate into the most outstanding locations, enabling us all to go ashore, normally twice per day. The crew, food, cabins, safety measures, etc etc were all perfect. I could not imagine going to Antarctica with any other organisation other than "G", or on a larger ship. The cruise and crew were so good I was very emotional saying good by when we disembarked in Ushuaia. Also big thanks to Ben and Tiffany at "iExpedition" for taking care of my booking and pre cruise questions. I am 75yo and this has truly been the trip of my lifetime, thus far. Dave

Positive experience: Everything went well and ran smoothly. I was kept informed in a timely manner. The vessel was as expected from the information provided before arrival. It was comfortable, friendly and well organised. This was the second time I have used iExpedition and would do so again.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience in the Arctic, from booking the holiday to the end of the holiday. Circumnavigation of Svalbard and saw 8 Polar bears and experienced the polar plunge. Professional staff, food awesome, small numbers on the ship, less than 100. Ben at iexpedition was very informative with planning an I expedition holiday and choosing the holiday to suit our needs. This is the second time we have had Ben organise our holidays, the first being Antarctica. . Traveled with Poseidon Expeditions on both holidays.

Fantastic experience: "You are about to embark on the trip of a lifetime" - this was the line many of the expedition staff said to us in their introductions on Day 1 of our Antarctic expedition and how true these words were. After a bit of researching of trips to Antarctica, I contacted iExpedition, and had a phone consultation with one of the staff Ben. This discussion had lots of invaluable information and options, and i was then emailed more details afterwards. Eventually I decided on a tour which suited my requirements, which was a vessel that didn't have too many passengers, which actually enabled guests to physically land in Antarctica, and one of the tours that crossed the Antarctic Circle. I also wanted to go at one of the times that was optimum to see wildlife. Ben narrowed down a few options, of which there was many, and from there I was able to book a tour that was remarkable and perfect for me, The Quest for the Antarctic Circle with G Expedition. Throughout the planning, the iExpedition staff in particular Ben and Tiffany assisted with my various questions, queries, and plans including regarding flights, accommodation, suggested travel itineraries of things to do pre and post the sea voyage on G Expedition to . They had some helpful hints for Argentina and Chile, and they were most helpful in a Tourist VISA for Chile processed more quickly and efficiently when the consulate was taking quite some time. I loved the tour onboard the G Expedition. The scientific aspect given my profession was great, the expedition staff most informative and helpful, the crew wonderful including food and other services. The whole experience was amazing and that probably even photos don't do full justice to what you see and experience first hand, but something I will always remember. This tour is highly recommended. I thank iExpedition for their assistance and would love to book future tours with them again. A trip of a lifetime indeed!

Fantastic experience: I have recently returned from the Antarctica Classic voyage on G Adventures, which was organised for me by Ben Alexander from iExpedition. I cannot rate Ben highly enough. He was absolutely wonderful from my first contact, right through the whole booking process and the journey. The trip far exceeded expectations. It was a bucket list for me for many years but I held off because I was scared of doing the Drakes Passage voyage. As it happened we had the calmest, flattest crossing for many years and when it was a weeny bit rough on the way home, we already had our sea legs and quite enjoyed the rocking and rolling. The actual trip was like a dream, the scenery was surreal, the amount of wildlife, incredible. The ship was more than comfortable, the rooms were bigger than I had imagined, the food was great, the ships crew and the expedition staff went above and beyond. I really cannot find fault at all and I would happily repeat my adventure tomorrow! I might have second thoughts about the overnight camping, once was probably enough for me! I'm 68 and have travelled extensively my whole life, and I can say without hesitation that this trip was top of the list and I've come home with the most wonderful memories, which I am sure I will recall and smile about for years to come.

Fantastic experience: Awesome adventure with Antarctic Classic aboard G Expedition. My Antarctic Experience was unbelieve from start to finish. There was so much happening Per trip info every afternoon so you know what was on for the next day with zodiac trips. Awesome crew.

Fantastic experience: Ben from IExpeditions was extremely helpful on not just booking both trips on the G Expedition to Falklands, South Georgia and Antarctica, but also great with doing the legwork for insurance needed for Antarctica, as well as with general travel info on Montevideo and countries I was going in South America after the G Expedition hit port for the second time in Ushuaia. Also the G Expedition crew and expedition staff were absolutely brilliant, highly recommend you get on their little red ship for your Antarctica voyage.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time we had used an travel agency to book our overseas trip and we were very happy with our experience with Ben of iExpedition. He organised an amazing trip to the Antarctic for us with a small company called Antarctic21 which had a ship of 68 passengers. The crew and staff were excellent and full of information and experience which made the trip memorable. Ben had to negotiate some tricky issues for us which he did really well. We weren't quite so happy with the agency he used for our airfare and accommodation in Buenos Aries as we are still awaiting a refund (which we disputed) after 4 months.

Fantastic experience: Lecture series for excellent informative and interesting and also involved action by passengers, eg bird identification. The on land expeditions were very well organised - great effort in taking care of the environment, safety of passengers and the venues that we went to were very interesting. Accommodation on the ship was warm and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Awesome adventure on the Heritage Adventurer. Our Antarctic expedition was amazing from beginning to end. Lots of pretrip information so we were well prepared. Our expedition team had an incredible range of knowledge and experience, we even had some unexpected experts on board. The heritage crew were outstanding, we were looked after like royalty. An interesting chat by the hotel manager & head chef gave us insight on just what goes into preparing for a voyage, & how much we were eating on our journey! We were blessed with some beautiful weather for most of the trip, so got maximum time to appreciate the scenery and wildlife. Words can't describe the feeling when you see these sights for the first time. Thanks Ben, for all your help in making this happen.

Fantastic experience: Ben and the team were great communicators and always kept us up to date with changes all through the COVID period. When we finally managed to go on our expedition to the sub–Antarctic Island it proved to be everything we had dreamed about. Without Ben's consistent, professional and reliant communications, I don't think we would have ever managed to realize our dream to tick this trip off our bucket list.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a wonderful trip booked through iExpeditions in Australia. Ben was very easy to deal with & we appreciated his advice & recommendations. He always replied promptly to any queries we had & couldn’t have been more helpful. The Heritage Adventures trip ‘Islands of the Sub Antarctic’ from Bluff, New Zealand was outstanding. The ship, wait staff, naturalists & meals were wonderful. It became a trip of a lifetime & felt like walking into a David Attenborough documentary. All of the islands we visited were fascinating having said that Macquarie island was a stand out. The weather was for the most part exceptional and only towards the end showed how cold, bleak & changeable it could be. More in keeping with what we’d expected.

Fantastic experience: While our plans to do a cruise through iExpedition did not eventuate due to Covid and other personal circumstances, we found Ben to be responsive, polite, informative and committed to providing a good service to his clients. We do hope to travel through iExpedition at some time in the future if all the stars align for us.

Positive experience: Although I was unable to proceed with my planned trip with I Expedition due to current world events, I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Ben Alexander and his team at I Expedition and was constantly kept informed and updated on the cruise schedule with regard to the ongoing covid situation.
