Fantastic experience: Service with a smile! Nicole helped me buy 4 tickets to Borneo with minimum fuss & she pointed out that there is a section on the Malaysia Airlines plane that is economy but with extra leg room in its own dedicated cabin, now we will be seated comfortably. Thank you Nicole.

Negative experience: Seriously annoyed to go looking for Flight Centre (no-one seemed to know where it was located), only to find it is “re-opening soon.” I came to Birkenhead Point solely to go to your store. You did not respect your customers sufficiently to adjust your online entry of ‘open’ to something more accurate.

Negative experience: Mucked up a booking (so essentially no booking at destination) after staff member left, then customer had to pay for new accomodation at much higher rate on arrival at destination, gift card “compensation” covered a small fraction of the actual difference in cost. You’d think a travel agent would understand cost of accommodation gets more expensive nearer the time of the trip but apparently not. Disappointed having been a long term customer of FC. Customer service - no contact with them - had emails from the sales person and area manager - ultimately would not recognise that rates for rooms alter, especially if having to pay in full on arrival as FC had not processed my payment (which of course I had paid months prior). No solution possible when FC don’t accept proper responsibility for not booking what was promised.

Negative experience: Worst Flight Centre experience, ask the consultation lady to book flight Sydney to Manila, this lady is not helpful asked her to find cheapest price she say No, asked Do you match price sorry we don’t do that, I will never again book flight Centre! Went in and out within 10 seconds… no wonder shop is empty and 3 lady are working there!

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking... I dealt with Tanisha, and would certainly not recommend. Had to wait 4 days for a quote, chase it, then when I followed up, advised she was out of the office for a further week.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience booking my holiday to Cairns and Uluru with Bridgette. She was able to book flights, accomodation and tours for my family and she did so in a swift manner. She provided a number of great recommendations and helped us pick the best and most cost effective options. Attentive to my needs, she spent considerable time with me while booking the flights and also follow ups to make sure I had the best flights available to suit my needs.
