Fantastic experience: Norfolk Island with my sister What a great trip we had all thanks to Rane and his amazing organization skills. After Rane had finalized everything down to the flights, accommodation, tours and hire car, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to change traveling partners and this did not faze Rane at all. He was absolutely brilliant and everything went off without a hitch. Would definitely recommend this man and his travel agency as there was always clear communication, timely responses and wonderful service. Thank you Rane for a wonderful holiday. Fantastic experience: Our family of 4 recently travelled to Europe for close to 6 weeks staying in 11 cities in 5 countries. Rane was super helpful at putting together our itinerary. Fitting in all our must do’s and making some excellent extra suggestions. While we were away Rane checked in regularly and helped with some tour and travels changes as well as some advice for some minor hiccups, delayed luggage etc. I would definitely recommend Rane if you’re thinking of travelling. He went above and beyond any level of service I’d previously received from other agents.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I just returned from a six-week trip to Canada and Alaska. We initially contacted Rane with a random and eclectic wishlist, and he did an amazing job. He was actually able to put it all together. Places we stayed: Toronto; Niagara Falls; Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; Quebec City; Vancouver; Anchorage; Fairbanks; Coldfoot; Seattle; Banff; Lake Louise and Jasper. The trip covered 5 different time zones, 12 commercial flights with 3 different airlines (Virgin Australia, Air Canada and Alaska Air), a helicopter (Niagara Falls), 2 small seaplane experiences (Vancouver to Victoria, Vancouver Island and a 3hr flightseeing tour over Denali National Park), a small plane (Coldfoot to Fairbanks) a car ferry (Vancouver Island to Vancouver), a couple of coach/shuttle transfers, an overnight on a rail sleeper (VIA Rail. Jasper to Vancouver), and a self-drive portion (Calgary  Banff  Lake Louise  Jasper). We also linked in with different half and one day tours. And a 7-day cruise from Vancouver to Whittier, Alaska, via the Inside Passage (Holland America Line, Nieuw Amsterdam). Ports of call were Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway. Also, Glacier Bay + John Hopkins Inlet and College Fjord. The tour and transfer from Whittier to Anchorage we expected to have several other passengers, but it was just ourselves and the tour guide. The flight over Denali we expected to have several other passengers, but it was just ourselves and the pilot. We crossed the Arctic Circle. We saw Aurora. And not just once. Big tick on bucket list!!! We walked on a glacier. We experienced a range of climates for which we needed a range of clothing. Ie from short sleeves to thermals and beanies. We experienced the appearance of some snow as a lead into winter. We saw a range of wildlife, both in the wild and at the Conservation Centre. What can we summarise about our trip?! There were too many highlights to pick just one. We feel incredibly blessed by all we experienced and saw. We saw absolutely stunning, breathtaking scenery and locations. God’s creation at some of it awesome finest. Thank you so much again Rane.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I are into our seventies and we’re very anxious about travelling for our nephew’s wedding in Scotland. Rane sorted it from our first flight, all our accommodation and down to our last flight. Knowing that he was going to be virtually ‘on hand’ we had the confidence and took several flights, to not only go to the wedding, but to visit London and Denmark, as well as Scotland. Fantastic experience: I want to express my immense gratitude to Rane for his exceptional assistance in helping my mum and me plan our much-anticipated trip to Italy to visit our relatives. Three years ago, we were both devastated when our plans had to be postponed, and the travel landscape has changed since then, leaving us feeling a bit anxious. Flight Centre businesses don't go out of their way to help. They use their same prefered contacts and hotels. Flight Centre do not think out of the box to get you what they want.

Fantastic experience: What an opulent experience we had for our recent Melbourne Cup holiday. Everything was so well prepared & nothing was an issue for our host Rane. Flying into Flemigton Racecourse via helicopter & spending the day in the beautiful Rose Room was the highlight of the trip. The 3hr Foodie Street Tour, also gave us an intimate view into Melbourne's rich history of art, architecture & food. Negative experience: I have not used a travel agent for many years, and things have really changed. I would have liked an initial phone call, but enquiries are email only. Then a $150 per person non refundable deposit before getting started. Sorry but I am so uncomfortable with this new way of doing business.

Fantastic experience: Arranging travel in the current climate of uncertainty was what led us to Reguson Travel and Cruise. From the onset we realized we had made the right decision. The service was personalized and responsive at every stage. There was a sense that it was genuinely important that we were kept in the loop and when there was ambiguity or uncertainty Rane followed up immediately with the provider. We cannot speak highly enough of what transpired from start to finish. In the end it was more like discussing plans with friends than a business transaction. We had been advocates of doing our own travel but we will be using Reguson for our next getaway.
