Positive experience: Vanessa has arranged many successful trips for my friend and I over the last 10 years. She takes all the worry out of the organisation of flights, hotels and connections. She has a good knowledge of companies and countries. She offers suggestions and is interested in feedback. When issues arose with cancelled flights from Spain she was on the job rebooking flights and taking the worry from us.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Service from Janice , she listened to our wish list for India and helped us to decide what tour to choose . I asked lots of questions and Janice was there to help with everything. She arranged Flights and helped with the Visa and a lot of Tips along the way . I would definitely recommend exit seats for the journey internationally and an extra night stay the last day as the night flight was 11.30 at night and had to cheek out at 11 . 100% happy thanks Janice . In the age of internet 'bucket shops' having a professional who learns a client's requirements and quirks is a marvellous breath of fresh air. Reis & James (and its predecessors that Alan Reis was engaged with) have *never* let me down, and have dealt with my unexpected rerouting and changes while overseas without missing a step.
