Not only do they offer great advice and tips for travelling, but they also follow up when things go wrong. We had a cancelled flight whilst in Europe and Chelsea was very kind and helped us obtain not only a refund but also compensation from the airline. We highly recommend Chirn Park Travel Associates!! Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a 2 week holiday in Bali and Alana was our travel agent. I cannot recommend her highly enough! We had the most amazing holiday. Alana organised 7 family's in total coming from 3 different states and everything was perfect. Negative experience: I had a very special trip I wanted to get help with an have advice where and when to go using a 5star cruise and before and after stops. I normally book all my own trips but for this being very high end I wanted to get help and make sure it was amazing. I felt I got no wow, no deals, no care and no amazing tips worth going to this agency - Danielle. It was hard to get hold of her being part time, she also never checked in on how the trip was or went. In future I would do it myself or find an owner operator who cares and has lots of experience....

Marie organised two trips for me in 2023 one with my best friend to Europe that included a luxury cruise (so fabulous) and the other with my sister and her daughter to Mexico. Maries attention to detail made our trips faultless, travelling with this team helped make the holidays incredible. We did have one hiccup our flight from Mexico City to Houston was sent to Dallas due to snow storms so we missed our flight to Sydney.. almost knock off time at Chirn Park Travel but Marie and Chelsea were not in the least worried to stay back to help us to rebook our connecting flights, was such a relief for us, it was 2am in Dallas with a plane full of people lined up to rebook, we were exhausted. Fantastic experience: My partner and I just recently returned from our first overseas trip together to Japan, which we had originally booked for 2020. We worked with Kyra throughout the last four years to make this trip happen and she made sure that we had the most amazing holiday. She ensured our whole experience (planning, organizing and travelling) was easy and seamless, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable when we had any questions along the way. Fantastic experience: I happen to meet Marie Holman by chance when she was on a fact finding tour of Hobart, she was so friendly and outgoing then I discovered she is a Travel Agent. I have since engaged Marie to assist us book an overseas holiday including flights, accommodation and a cruise. Marie also assisted us organise our travel insurance which is an added bonus to have that in place as well. Marie has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable; nothing has been too much trouble. Marie has worked in with my availability which can sometimes be tricky, she is so accommodating. Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with travel agents for the last 15 years and this was without a doubt, the best travel booking experience I've had. Chelsea at Chirn Park is wonderful. Fantastic experience: Disappointed to see that I can only rate Laura 5 stars which goes nowhere near enough to acknowledge her knowledge, skill and caring in handling my bookings. I first met Laura about 16/17 years ago and without sounding like the TV Commercial, I wouldn't let anyone else do my bookings. Fantastic experience: Above and beyond all expectations Danielle is dynamic, professional and her knowledge was beyond all expectations, I spent a week sorting looking going over websites to get a trip to disneyland, LA, vegas, Tennessee and Jack Daniels but i couldnt get it to line up new baggage rules and rules i didnt know like covid insurance well it only took Travel Associates at Chirn Park 1 hour fair dinkum this team of 4 ladies had been to galaxys edge at disney understood my budget was small and limited but they MADE IT HAPPEN. I can not speak highly enough about how easy they made it. And im so excited and thankfull i shoped local spent local get down to chirn park and let them make it easy they sure made my dreams come true, along with the cheapest and best options the saved me near a grand and no matter what option i wanted ,extra bag availability 6 months in advance tickets for disney was all just too easy for Danielle to lock it in seriously dont book untill you give them a chance to quote go see them face to face they sure changed my mind and im so happy and proud ive spent with a local aussie business 100/100 5 stars.

Two other bookings had cancelled on us last minute (one due to storm/flood damage; one due to an online booking system malfunction), leaving us with a narrow window to find accommodation for 20 guests over 2 nights. Fantastic experience: Ben has been wonderful from the start to the finish of our cruise bookings. Unfortunately our cruise was cancelled last year and we decided on 200% future cruise credit. Fast forward to this week and we decided on getting our money refunded. Our cruise money has been deposited already into our account thanks to Ben. As someone who normally doesn’t use travel agents, and enjoys the researching myself, I am pleased and thankful I had engaged Kyra for this one, as no doubt it would have been me sitting on the phone cancelling everything. Fantastic experience: Well where do I start, My 5 year old and I decided to go on a sports holiday to the US. Taking in 3 NFL games, 2 NBA games and an ice hockey game. Amanda was absolutely awesome in assisting me with flights, then re booking cancelled flights , accommodation and even assisted in my sporting tickets. Amanda made sure the accom was close to the city and also the sporting venues. She also made sure 1 of the hotels was very kid friendly. Fantastic experience: We have been dealing with Amanda, for a long time, the service that is provided is amazing. Always looking out for what we want, and what would suit us that we never thought of. Nothing is too much trouble, no question goes un answered. If Amanda says that she will ring us back months ahead for a good deal ( flights etc) she always rings us.
