Fantastic experience: Friendly and helpful service

Positive experience: Very accommodating, friendly and caring staff. I had to get a visa in a rush and also change my flight ticket. They were able to do everything in an incredible short time. They are honest and straightforward with all my enquires in regards to cost, visa requirements and timing. They won't try to upsell you travel packages or upgrades like other travel agents. Only negative comment I would add is they don't have EFTPOS, so no credit cards. Everything here is cash only and bank transfer.
