Fantastic experience: I recently have returned home from an incredible 4 wks trekking around the beautiful USA! I had Trent as my agent, who did such an amazing job to ensure I got the most out of the 4wks I was there. He was an absolute delight to work with, very friendly, replied to messages outside of work (which he didn't have to) and informed me of any changes as soon as it was bought to his attention. I will be forever greatful that he made my dream holiday the best it could be. Along my travels my suitcase was left behind at the airport, although this was not Trent's fault, when I got back he was right onto following up the whereabouts and putting in a claim for me. I highly recommend him to everyone! I cant wait for him to put together my next trip! Thanks so so much Trent!

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of dealing with Trent today. After a frustrating morning of trying to get through to Flight Centre, finally speaking to someone who didn’t seem equiped to help and then cut me off, I gave it one more try and got onto Trent. He could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to solve the issue I was having, resulting in my trip being sorted and booked. After totally loosing faith in Flight Centre due to my dealings with them over the last couple of weeks, Trent has single handedly turned that around. Will happily deal with him via phone and email for any future travel. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: We travelled to Singapore, the Maldives and Africa - being away for over a month.everything we did through the Flight Centre in Renmark was so well organised and coordinated mainly by Sarah but when she was busy her amazing team! We’d had a Maldivian holiday given to us by our children but she linked every part of the holiday up so it flowed like water. She even went above and beyond in her own personal time helping me use a flights points scheme to coordinate flights. She had me so efficient not one thing went wrong and We travelled from this place to that smoothly. She advised appropriately the innoculations etc which was great. I’m hooked on this group of loving caring family- loved the travel company she booked us on-Trafalgar and they’ve got our future world travels and local ones forever
