Away We Go Tours

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Away We Go Tours . During a recent school excursion, my daughter's luggage was damaged while in their care, and despite reaching out to inform them, they refused to offer any compensation. Apparently it’s in their terms and conditions signed with the school , basically all care but no responsibility, and advised that I should take it with travel insurance . As it was school excursion we did not have travel insurance, but I still believe that the company should take some responsibility for the damage caused during the trip. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service has left us very dissatisfied.

Fantastic experience: AWGT are an amazing company and we have used them a few times already to plan and organise school trips from FNQ to Canberra and Sydney. The attention to detail is beyond measure and it is excellent working with the same agent from start to finish. They have good partnerships for accommodation and I highly recommend their services.
