Fantastic experience: From the first interaction with the team from Deals away (Jon), Everything was simple, explained well and the customer service was amazing! Jon answered any questions I had went above and beyond to help me plan the perfect trip for myself and my mum. Customer service was definitely 10/10 I booked the 8 day Flavours of Tuscany Tour, which helped me plan the 3 weeks of Europe I was doing, prior to the Deals away itinerary. The hotels and train bookings were easy to understand and follow. All Hotels were within walking distance from the train station, clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly, and breakfasts great! The half day trip to the 2 Tuscan vineyards, was a highlight for me. I highly recommend using deals away, and will definitely be booking with them again.

Fantastic experience: DealsAway provided an excellent cruising experience. We booked the 11-day package which included 2 nights in a 4 * hotel in Lisbon, 1 night's accommodation at the end of the cruise in Porto, and 8 fabulous days cruising up and back on the Duoro River. The Criosi Europe cruising company offered a wonderful holiday experience with many day excursions available. Dining on board embraced local cuisine and was very enjoyable. I travelled to K'gari by myself but that didn't stop me from enjoying some of the many, many things that was on offer. During my 2 night, 3 day stay, I enjoyed a heavenly hot rocks massage; an informative Bush Tucker Talk, sampling delicious treats; an incredible, day-long tour of parts of the island and soaked up the relaxed atmosphere by just chilling at the Sunset Bar! An amazing cruise down the Mediterranean stopping each morning at a different location which suited us immensely. Cruising at night and a different port each day to discover. I think out of these incredible experiences, I must say, the Sicilian Secrets Tour was very special to me as my Grandparents were from Sicily and this being my first time here, we were so mesmerised at each stunning destination we stopped along the tour. Our tour guide Angelo was truly magnifico. So much information about each stop, Angelo was so kind, caring, funny and kept us all together on this tour and at all times very professional and passionate about the guided tours. Our tour group of 41 from all different countries, all so lovely as well as our very experienced, lovely coach driver. Our holiday couldn't have been any better! Fantastic experience: Dealsaway provided a wonderful trip for our 12 day train trip of Italy. From the onset Jon was a helpful, courteous and patient customer service person who dealt with our queries with patience. The trip went smoothly except for one small glitch which was dealt with and rectified quickly. We saw the main cities of Italy in the 12 days we had available. Fantastic experience: I saw a small ad on Facebook for a trip to Yellowknife in Canada to see the Aurora Borealis and since I was going to be in Canada I thought I would definitely love to add this experience to my travel bucket list! Booking was very easy, with the package covering accommodation, nightly transfers to the viewing area and a winter clothing package to keep me warm. Positive experience: The Positive: Dealsaway was awesome in arranging the tours and fun activities at Port Douglas. My family had a total blast when it came to the activities arranged by Jon. Tours arranged included the great barrier reef, snorkeling & Kuranda Skyrail with heaps of stuff for kids like the butterfly, birds and wildlife sanctuaries. The Negative: I booked the deal just before Covid and then the world turned upside down with lockdowns. The only reason I take away one star is because the room arranged was not great and not part of Dealsaway partner resorts and this had to be done at an alternate resort due to inflation and price hikes after covid, which is understandably outside the control of Dealsaway. None the less it does take away a little bit of the enjoyment. Overall Feedback: I'd definitely book with Jon and the Dealsway team again.

Fantastic experience: Smile…and get ready to capture the perfect holiday! The Perth and Rottnest holiday package from DealsAway is a  Quokkin good time! Perth has so much to offer visitors -we did The Mint, the Bell Tower, WA Museum, Kings Park, we walked the Matagarup Bridge to check out Optus Stadium, dined in at beautiful cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs….and that’s just in the City Center. Just a short trip out from the city, we visited the Fremantle Markets, Fremantle Prison, Cottesloe Beach and other stunning beaches. We travelled north to explore The Pinnacles, which is mind blowing and we also headed South to the Margaret River Region, there’s a reason the area is known for wineries, cheese and chocolates, we tried them all. I can confirm that a visit to the Region is a must do. But Rottnest Island was the definite highlight of our trip. The Glamping accommodation was perfect for us and in a beautiful location. We loved riding around the island, it's a great and healthy way to check out the entire island. We did a lot of riding and managed to fit in everything and visit everywhere over the 3 days...lots of fun! We even managed a couple of swims at different beaches, to cool down while riding around. All of the beaches are stunningly beautiful and inviting. We absolutely loved the Quokkas, they are so adorable! We even managed a few Quokka selfies. The choice of food and drink places is vast, many great options and lots of fabulous cocktails.(Quoktails) We found time to join a couple of tours on our last day and learned about the Island's history, which was very informative and every visitor should do so. Our trip was awesome and it’s all thanks to Ash from DealsAway for organising our Perth/ Rottnest Island package deal. Ash went above and beyond to sort out our trip, with dates to suit, all of the information we needed to know in regards to the Hotel stay, ferry to Rottnest Island, bike hire, cafes, shops, restaurants and more…we will definitely be using Ash and DealsAway for our next trip.

I had been in touch with Jon at Dealsaway to oganise an interstate trip that was cancelled last year due to covid.
