Positive experience: Claire provided a very personalised experience and gave great advice on our holiday ideas and plans. She communicated regularly and clearly. Fantastic experience: Claire Camins is the very first travel agent I've used to plan a trip from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with her service. Whilst she was trying to plan our family trip for 5 to New Zealand her ability to contact suppliers was hampered by the impact of a cyclone and flooding in the region, but she persisted! She is always 'on' for her clients so much so that she was booking my flights whilst waiting for her own flight just so we got the best deal! Then when the airline cancelled our flights the night before we were due to depart she stayed up late arranging an alternative flight for us so we could still leave as planned. She really goes above and beyond! I would have been stressed beyond belief without her help! Thanks Claire!

Fantastic experience: Claire was able to get us on the Ghan rail trip much earlier than I had been able to. She was very helpful and booked the flights from Geraldton to Adelaide with plenty of time between so there was no stress if planes were not running on time. Her choice of hotel in Adelaide (Crown Plaza) was well situated and had everything you need lovely place. Then Flights from Darwin to Geraldton on the way home with no stress. I would certainly recommend Claire to anyone who is looking to book a trip. She goes above and beyond to make your holiday as stress free and enjoyable as possible.

Fantastic experience: We flew with Malaysian Airlines and they provided a great service for us there was no stress, delays or confusion at the Airport or on the plane. We stayed at some great hotels throughout Vietnam, our favourite being the Leah Silk hotel in Hanoi. They really made sure they were taking care of us and provided us with great service and a great room! Our overall experience in Vietnam was wonderful. We went on some great tours and Claire organised really interesting, fun events in a great schedule to suit us personally. The people in Vietnam were so lovely and made our trip easy and stress free. Fantastic experience: Claire organised our recent trip to Bali and it was amazing. There was no fuss when we wanted quotes on more hotels before making a decision. Claire was able to provide us with a great variety of options within our budget. We stayed at The Stones Legian and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Breakfast included is a must! It was also a tough gig choosing which cocktail to try by the pool every afternoon and then wander across the road to the beach where we soaked up the beautiful sunsets. We will be back! Fantastic experience: Claire really does go the extra mile, not only by making sure that connecting flights do not have ridiculous wait times, or have you running like you are in the Olympic sprints, but she also checks and updates me on any flight changes. Fantastic experience: Our first big family holiday as a family of 5 and WOW! Claire was amazing with all the aspects of holiday. She listened to our needs and what we liked and also let us know the things she has experienced, giving great advice. From making sure the accommodation had everything for our family to messaging us before our flights, Claire was never too far away. It was comforting knowing we had someone close by to help us as we were nervous on our first big holiday. We also received an envelope full of activities to do with the kids and things to see. Everything printed so we had it all on hand instead of on a phone. We booked with Claire again a few weeks later, we won't be using anyone else.

She is super easy to get in touch with, worked really hard to find the best accommodation options for us and managed to book extra activities for us at short notice. There was a small hiccup once we arrived in Paris, and we weren't sure how to access our accommodation (our fault - we forgot to turn on international roaming and couldn't access WhatsApp!) - but we got in touch with Claire and she was able to contact our provider and get our codes and keys to us even when it was the middle of the night in Australia.
