Fantastic experience: We just returned from a wonderful 5 week holiday to Ireland and Italy. Many, many thanks to Jo for her knowledge, suggestions, professionalism and patience. We started out with rough idea of where we wanted to visit, the sights we wanted to see, and how we'd get there. Jo presented us with various options regarding flights, accommodation, and on ground transport, allowing us to then make the final decisions. Upon doing so she came up with an itinerary that just flowed. She organized our airline tickets, hotels, B&B's, and eurail passes and Irish Rail tickets. She even managed, after Japan Airlines, two months prior to departure, 'pulled' the flight we were booked on, and got us (far more expensive) seats with Qatar airlines, at no extra cost to us. I suppose the best thing to came from this experience was the peace of mind in knowing that should problems occur while we were away, we had a contact who could get things sorted, thereby saving us from the stress of dealing with a cancelled flight, or a hotel locking its doors etc. Thanks too to Jo's colleagues who, if Jo was absent when we phoned, or dropped in unexpectedly, could access the information we wanted, or allay our fears over this issue, or that. A terrific team, and a great local business. Again, thank you.

Fantastic experience: We travel to the UK each year (except this year due to the virus!). For some time we used online airline bookings but decided to use a travel agent a couple of years ago, and chose Travel Plus in Warragul. Their quoted prices were the equal of online sites and I decided that for the same price why not support a local business. We have been very happy with Travel Plus, their airline bookings are fine and they provided advice on various things that we would never had through an online service. As well we decided last year to do a 2 week stop in Cambodia on our way to the UK this year, and they organised a complex ticket that I think we would have been challenged to find ourselves, which was appreciated. This year, however, everything changed with the virus, and we were extremely pleased we had used a full service travel agent. Our trip to the UK via Cambodia was cancelled and we were suddenly down well over $3000. So I asked them to look into this for me. Jo then took over everything, and organised a full refund for us. A few weeks later a refund arrived in our bank account. As there were about 4 airlines involved I was extremely happy that they were able to do all of this for us, I would have shuddered at the thought of trying to deal with airlines ourselves. So our decision to use a full service travel agent was fully vindicated. We shall continue to do so when travel opens up. They went above and beyond and it's nice to be able to just ring up or drop in for some good advice. No more online bookings for us, we shall stick with Travel Plus.

Fantastic experience: Rose and I (Peter) wanted to take a moment to send a Huge thank you to Travel Plus Warragul and especially to Kylie. Firstly, made our first contact with Travel Plus as a walk by/in - my wife and I were looking to travel to Perth and were in Warragul for a shop and coffee and ended up signing onto a group trip to Sydney via boat and train with a chaperon - as well as a Perth trip. My wife and I thought this was a great idea, group (mostly local) trips to various destinations with a tour guide. Our Perth trip was great, better than great (Rosemary's words) and all the extras Kylie suggested were better than great. We did a buffet evening cruise (3hrs) on the Swan River the food was exceptional and all you can drink came with the package, there was an entertainer (singer) included and room to dance. Rottnest island was another suggested local trip which we enjoyed thoroughly with a guided bus tour, sit down lunch, which once again the food was exceptional and drinks included. Rosemary shopped me till I dropped, lovely lunches/evening meals, local city buses are free. Oh one thing I found on Perth buses was the younger travelers give up their seats to disabled, infirmed, mums with prams and the elderly etc was a very nice change from traveling on Melbourne public transport. Just another comment - Rose and I were waiting to see Kylie as Kylie was busy with a client we'd been waiting for little while and John popped over for a chat even though we could see he was busy. The atmosphere is friendly and laid back (no pressure), yet they are professional and knowledgeable, which is somewhat different to what Rose and I have experienced I am so completely grateful to Kylie's attention to detail and the extra effort she went to make our trip memorable it is amazing how the little things make such a difference which other agencies miss. Kylie went far beyond what I expected as was my prior experiences with all of the travel agencies I have engaged both local and in Melbourne.THANK YOU! "old fart travelers" Rosemary and Peter

Fantastic experience: We recently used Travel Plus Warragul to organise an 18 days trip to the South Island of New Zealand. Nothing was too much trouble in organising flights, travel insurance and accommodation. The results of the organisation meant we had an extremely memorable trip with absolutely no problems at all.
