Fantastic experience: Just returned from a fabulous holiday - touring around Italy with Backroads. Then a cruise to Croatia and Montenegro before jumping on a plane to beautiful Barcelona. Every step of the way - every transfer, every pick up - Everything!!! - all ran so smoothly and seemed seamless to us. However, behind the scenes, taking all the right steps to ensure our perfect experience was Nicole from Ashmore, Harris & James Travel Associated. I picture her like a duck on water - gliding and graceful on the surface but paddling like crazy to make sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Even making contact with us to make sure all was well while she was on holidays!! Coordinating arrangements for Seven travellers obviously takes some great organisational skills and knowledge. . Fantastic experience: This is our second trip Karen has organised for us and on this ocassion Karen organised our family holiday to Hawaii. Karen was able to find our fmaily of six the best flights, accommodation and tours that were within our budget. I love the Travel Associate APP and this made navigating the transfers, tours and accommodation so much easier. Being our first time in Hawaii, Karen assisted us to choose a range of experiences which were all 5 star and the tour guides always very passionate and knowlagable. Fantastic experience: Claudette managed my granddaughter and myself travel to Poland brilliantly. Not only with choice of airlines, dates times etc she also went to extraordinary efforts when our flight was canceled suddenly .Additionally when I was injured overseas Claudette was invaluable in both giving advice and supporting me throughout a very difficult and confusing time . Fantastic experience: My husband Paul and I have just returned from the best holiday we have ever been on! We went to Europe for a month, visiting the Cinque Terre in Italy, taking a Viking Cruise Venice to Athens, then visited the Greek Islands of Paros, Milos and Santorini. Fantastic experience: We could not praise more highly the advice, service and support provided by Ashmore, Harris and James, especially when the unexpected happened during overseas travel (medical emergency two weeks into a 7 week trip). Karen is clearly experienced and passionate about providing great advice when booking, but when things went wrong, really showed her professionalism and expertise. She was responsive, efficient, compassionate and incredibly helpful navigating the insurance process, working hard to resolve issues and provide support. Shout out to Nicole as well who was kind, compassionate and efficient when she took the initial call and promptly started taking action. Fantastic experience: This was the first time that we had a holiday organized by Kellie, and given the experience, won't be the last. Kellie took note of our destinations to craft a superb itinerary, and we could not have been happier. All travel (Flights / rail) were so well organized allowing us to maximize our visits to locations. All accommodation suggestions could not have been better as it was so well located to where we were going to be, and therefore, needed to be. I cannot recall ever returning from a holiday, as relaxed and as pleased as this one.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Travel Associates has been terrific. Melissa was able to meet our needs exactly the way we wanted them to be. We had a tour cancelled late which we had to restructure over 2 weeks of our trip. It was difficult for us to come up with an alternative itinerary quickly but once we did that, Melissa was on to it. I knew it would be challenging for her but Melissa did what she needed to do to ensure that we had what we wanted. She always did it with a smile. In fact, the rescheduled itinerary has worked out to be amazing. All thanks to Melissa.
