Fantastic experience: Over many years we have found Carol and her team so helpful and professional in recommending holiday tours and locations and then planning detailed itineraries, arranging all travel, tour operators, transfers, etc., and importantly managing changes. This has never been so important than during the many Covid related cancellations, getting refunds and credits and re-booking tours, flights, transfers and accommodation. Having previously booked many tours, etc., on-line, we certainly have now become travel agent devotees, as we realise how Bay Travel through their world-wide contacts and experience can get great deals, manage payments to be as late as possible, and are amazingly responsive 24/7 to help with urgent situations which arise.
