Fantastic experience: OK, I admit that Jacy is my wife BUT... but she has been consistently efficient and thorough with all of our own travel arrangements - which most times has been very complicated with stopovers, car hires, accommodation and family-friendly options...I can honestly say that it would be so much more painful if I didn't have her coordinating all aspects of our travel - from before we travel (visas, vaccinations, passports, tourist info) to our return (refund on GST for overseas locations, insurance claims, etc.)...and... she really does care!
