Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Anthea. I haven't travelled in years, and Anthea knew all the right questions and had heaps of advice on things I hadn't considered. She booked our flights, train rides, accommodations and some local attractions, for a month in Europe across 5 locations. She was able to advise on the safer areas to stay in some of the cities I was nervous about and was great at researching for us. Anthea was professional, organised, always available and quick to get back to me. Sometimes I took a while to decide on things and she never made me feel pressured. Fantastic experience: Janine Galanakis worked hard on our recent two month trip to the Carribean, Orlando, Panama Canal and Alaska, with flights, hotels and cruises. She made the planning process so easy for us and worked hard to answer our questions and make sure all our needs were taken care of. We used to plan our trips ourselves but now she works on all our trips for us, which leaves us to just dream up new adventures for her to work on, can highly recommend Janine.

Fantastic experience: I had THE BEST experience with Susie. I used Carswell & Turner Travel Associates for my trip to Europe/Mediterranean in July 2024. Susie made booking the flights, accommodation, the transfers, and the ferries etc so easy. We had quite a few transits on our trip (at my election) and it was stress-free the whole time. Susie also recommended a particular cruise whilst we were in Croatia and it was by far the best part of our trip. These guys absolutely know what they are doing!

Fantastic experience: Christine at Travel Associates, located at Coffs Harbour, has been our travel agent for quite a while. If I ask her the hard questions, she always finds a solution. If there are changes to a flight, or most recently, a change while overseas with our river cruise, she was in touch, via email, to advise us of the changes and to answer any of our concerns. Christine is always willing to share advice on where to go, and what to see at our destinations. Her service is brilliant and we find her really helpful.

Fantastic experience: When we first approached Janine, we knew we wanted an overseas holiday that didn't stretch our budget too far but we also wanted a resort to relax by the pool as well as lots of sightseeing! Janine sorted it! She helped us figure out which country to visit and where, found us exactly the right hotel, great flight prices, travel insurance and fun sightseeing tours. Fantastic experience: Bula! Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa was a wonderful place to spend a week. Staff were outstanding and the activities for kids were brilliant. Our rooms met our needs, with great restaurants and deli near our room. 7 pools to laze around or join the daily water aerobics. Highly recommend an island day trip, we went to South Sea Island, crystal clear water to enjoy snorkelling and lots of other water activities + a great massage. We will visit Hilton and Fiji again. Fantastic experience: Just got back from a few days budget holiday in Cairns organized by Travel and Associates, Coffs Harbour; WOW; you could usually expect a blimp or small hiccup, but no everything was perfect. From transfers, tours, accommodation in great hotel overlooking Esplanade with rooftop restaurant and fantastic views (room even had a King bed). Fantastic experience: Travel Associates were fantastic to deal with both when we had to cancel because of COVID 19 and also when we rebooked for 2023. They coordinated flights, a cruise, accommodation over a 14 week period in 5 different countries and did all this around us making our own booking around these as well. Everything ran so smoothly, every booking was there and ready to go when we turned up at the airport, hotel, boat etc. Thank you to Sam for all the time she put in towards making our holiday of a lifetime, just that.

Fantastic experience: Sydney 20/09/23 When you are entering an airplane for a long journey, most of the time you do it through the business class section. Of course like anybody you are watching the seats with a bit of jealousy and you go to yours. If I am talking about this business class treatment, it's because it's how I feel when I contact Carswell & Turner Travel Associates because each of my trip have been organised with caring and precision. Somebody with a smile (that’s what I feel) is answering to all of my questions and taking care of my trip, it is somebody with a name that I can talk to and ask for. You get a fast answer to your e-mails and this is for me extremely important. You are in a company not at some random cheap flight website, where you get the feeling that your flight is on specials but where you never know how you gonna manage to get your tickets, with no chances to get to someone, if anything happens. At travel associates somebody is almost taking you untill the boarding desk with the latest informations on your flights but also with clear explanations about possible changes of country rules from one transit to another and the price of the service is totally affordable, you don’t heaven really feel it on your ticket. Those fantastic moments of traveling can also be subject to a bit of anxiety but thanks to your agent you know somebody’s there if something happens. From the change of a return flight to a medical rule in a pandemic, a better seat possibility or a change of plan in the middle of a journey overseas in Cairo. Janine has always provided the best service I could hope for. Fantastic experience: We’ve been traveling with the support of Travel Associates, Coffs Harbour for four years. During this period we’ve traveled to Europe for two months visiting Italy, France, England, Paris and river cruising from Budapest to Amsterdam. We’ve also traveled to Adelaide and Kangaroo Island, caught The Ghan Adelaide to Darwin, with a week’s stopover at Uluru and Kings Canyon. Then we toured Arnhem Land, Litchfield National Park and APT Kimberley toured Darwin to Broome, then flew home via a stopover in Perth. We were also provided by TA an affordable stay (courtesy of Virtuoso) at the luxury five star Como The Treasury Hotel Perth. Another trip was two back to back self drive tours of WA from Perth to Exmouth and then Perth to Esperance, and everywhere in between. We also travelled Perth to Sydney on the Indian Pacific. There was also a trip to the Cook Islands this year, and we’re now all booked for a month in Singapore, Vietnam and Cambodia. And all our Covid cancellations were managed so by TA well we virtually lost no money at all. The staff are all knowledgeable, communicative, professional, available and friendly.
