Fantastic experience: We have been looking for a new travel agent, having misplaced our previous one during the pandemic and we found a keeper. Johanna at italktravel at The Junction is exactly the travel agent you would ask for. She is diligent, with an eye for detail, goes above and beyond, even working a long weekend for us while we were in Europe when we were seeking a potential change of plans. She is friendly and approachable and everything she booked for us went completely to plan. Our travel is very independent and has a lot of moving parts, so to have nothing go wrong in eight weeks is pretty impressive. We couldn't be happier with her and will be back in the office soon to organise our next escapade.

She has moved a crew of 6 around Europe for a month, she has moved our crew throughout the South Pacific and back again many times, all whilst being fun, positive and professional. Fantastic experience: My partner and I, in our mid 20s wanted to go on our first overseas trip together - just under 2 weeks in Singapore. I had done a lot of research and pricing already so I had a rough idea of the cost going into it. Johanna was able to beat any price I could get online by a LOT. The entire process was so easy and she had some fabulous recommendations for local attractions. Even though our trip was relatively simple, the peace of mind that I had someone I could contact at anytime made our trip all the more enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Karen and the team are excellent at group bookings - been using for large sporting groups for many years and I think by returning each time shows the great work they do. Worked with us with change of numbers and unforeseen last minute substitution of people, with a great result all round. Highly recommend for all travel needs including groups.

Fantastic experience: The staff are extremely experienced making sure our honeymoon was smooth sailing. There was no stone left unturned, they thought of everything including making restaurant bookings, bookings for sightseeing and of course our airport transfers. When our airline cancelled the flight, italktravel where straight onto them and ensuring the airline would put us up in a nights accommodation so we were able to catch our connecting flight Even during our overseas holiday, we wanted to change our booking, a quick email to these guys, they were straight onto it making the adjustments requested ASAP. The small things they do to make you feel special, a card in the mail with a "congratulations on your wedding" and a phone call when we got home from holidays to check in and see how our trip was. I will only be using italktravel & cruise in The Junction for any of our future holidays.

Fantastic experience: We have been using I Talk Travel for about 15 years and have been extremely satisfied. Our current consultant is Ellie and although we have had a few cancellations and had to rebook (due to Covid ) nothing has been to much trouble. We would have no trouble recommending I Talk Travel and its staff, especially Ellie. We must admit we miss the face to face contact that the Rutherford and Maitland shops provided and hope one of them returns.
