Fantastic experience: To Whom it may concern. In planning our recent trip to Thailand in May of this year we decided to try a different approach and use a travel agent. Following a rather disastrous visit to one of the larger travel agencies, we contacted Natalie Jeffers from Absolute Luxury Travel. Natalie took a very personal approach by visiting us in our home to get an overview of what we were looking for in our trip. We liked Natalie straight away, her no hassle approach and positive manner together with very constructive input were enlightening. Natalie started putting together our entire trip with flight bookings, accommodation, ferries and hotel and private transfers. She communicated with us throughout the entire process and happily made any changes we requested, making the entire process so easy for us. Prior to departure Nat took care of flight check-ins as she did with all other internal flights throughout our trip. She was in constant communication with our accommodation providers, seeking and securing upgrades where possible and ensuring any maintenance and housekeeping issues were addressed immediately. Natalie never missed a trick. Every time we moved from one area to another, Nat was there making all the arrangements for us ahead of time.
