Fantastic experience: I have dealt with IMG Travel and in particular, Karen Hamilton for over 12 years both in her planning very complicated travel arising from business dealings as well as me utilizing IMG services personally. They promise a lot in terms of obtaining the best price, being responsive to their customers' needs, dealing with complicated travel plans, promising to be there should you need support and genuinely caring . I can say from first hand experience on many occasions (and as a paying customer), what they promise is what you can be absolutely confident of receiving. They will not let you down. Even recently when attempting to recoup monies spent on our once in a lifetime travel extravagance (which could not go ahead due to COVID 19) they have been there diligently supporting our efforts over months which in the end have been successful. I have personally witnessed IMG Travel and Karen Hamilton's professionalism, attention to detail, and working tirelessly long, long hours to get a result. All my comments are genuine and with no vested interest. It is one thing to be able to travel, it is another to be able to travel with confidence knowing that if you need help someone will be there. Simply, they ensure great trips are great experiences.
