Fantastic experience: Hi Chris, We got back last Friday from, what was, a magnificent trip to the Maldives. The Fulamaafushi Resort that you arranged for us was absolutely excellent. The food, especially, was awesome and the service we received from all of the staff was top drawer. We experienced some of the best snorkelling one could ever imagine, swimming with turtles, Black tip sharks, Manta Rays, Sting rays and heaps of different species of fish in crystal-clear waters. Our Villa was amazing and the accompanying pool was a real treat. Fantastic experience: Our family of five recently embarked on what can only be described as the trip of a lifetime, meticulously organized by our travel agent, Chris Ezzy. This 6-week adventure included multiple flights, hotel stays, a cruise, car hires, and a myriad of activities, each flawlessly arranged by Chris. His ability to coordinate such a complex and extensive holiday was nothing short of remarkable, ensuring every leg of our journey was memorable and seamless. The standout moment of Chris's exceptional service came when we faced a significant challenge. Our hotel had mistakenly double-booked our room meaning they only had a small room with 2 double beds available (no sofa, room for a spare bed etc). I had resigned to sleeping on the carpet given it was Boxing Day. However, Chris promptly took action after receiving our email and had it all sorted within an hour with with a new hotel that comfortably accommodated all of us. His swift and efficient resolution not only saved us from a night of discomfort but also maintained the uninterrupted joy and excitement of our dream holiday. Thanks heaps Chris!!

Fantastic experience: Chris Ezzy from Peak Escapes organised a trip for myself and my husband in September 2023 to Italy and France. Chris is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable with exceptional communication skills that make you feel comfortable from the start. He is great at getting to know you and what you enjoy so he is able to tailor his trip recommendations specifically to you. No question was ever too much for Chris (and there were a lot), always getting back to me with a speedy reply and if he was unable to answer straight away, he investigated and got back to us very quickly. I became unwell for a short time overseas and Chris was absolutely fantastic in helping in any way that he could! Fantastic experience: We recently had Chris help us with planning our two month trip around 6 Central American, 2 South American countries and a quick stop in the USA to visit with family. There is no way I could have booked the complicated number of flights that worked in with the 3 Intrepid tours we did, plus airport transfers and extra accommodation that was required! Everything worked like clockwork and when there were a couple of hic cups Chris was only an email away and it was promptly sorted making our trip smooth running and drama free. Fantastic experience: Chris helped organise our Canada/USA trip with great accommodation, fantastic sightseeing/tour options and valuable assistance with my disability when negotiating airports and finding suitable accommodation venues. Chris really listened to what we wanted, and delivered. Nothing was too much trouble. It was great knowing he was there to help sort out any issues both in the planning stage and during the trip. We did experience a problem with a hire car company which Chris resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, Chris’ suggestions, experience and attention to detail made this holiday a trip with many happy memories.

Fantastic experience: We have used Peak Escapes(PE) for all our holidays and would not consider using anyone else. Our recent holiday to Greece was to say the least OUTSTANDING! Chris from PE made sure that all details required to make this holiday a success, which included flights, hotels, shuttle services and our last minute add-on trip from Athens to Vienna, were attended to with great precision. Fantastic experience: Chris Ezzy has organised several trips for us and as usual he has done a great job. This latest trip was a river cruise fom Bucharest to Amsterdam with Viking. A pity Chris couldn't organise the river water levels as well as he organises the trips. Nature beat him. We had to bus around river shallows to a second ship and that also ran out of water and we were then bused from Cologne to Amsterdam. A massive logistics exercise for Viking. Fantastic experience: Chris Ezey recently organised an 8 day excursion to Norfolk Island for 23 members of our Probus club. Chris did an outstanding job in arranging accommodation, car hire and all of our excursions and activities for the trip. Everyone had a wonderful experience and we all came away with a great understanding of Norfolk Island, its attractions and its culture. Chris's attention to detail was outstanding and, if an alteration or a clarification to the schedule was required, nothing was too much trouble for Chris. Everything, and I mean everything, went smoothly from the accomodations in, I think, 9 different cities, to all of the activities that we had planned. The weather favoured us everywhere we traveled and we had a great time seeing our family. A highlight was near Vancouver where we hiked, kayaked (also a night kayak) and rode bicycles for a week. Thanks for everything John and Janet 22 November 2023 Janet and I recently returned from a six week holiday (actually more of an excurson) to Japan. If there is such a thing as a "Perfect Holiday" this was it. In large part this was due to the expert planing by Chris Ezzy. It was an ambitions schedule that included flights, touring, two self-guided walks and a lot of train travel and car hire. We started with a week in Hokkaido and finished in the Five Lakes District and the glorious Mount Fuji. Chris had to liaise with the company that organised the self-guided walks and another company that arranged the train travel. All of this was expertly coordinated by Chris. He also helped us secure our accomodation requirements all of which were outstanding. All in all it was an excellent package and I thank Chris for his patience in working through all of the details of our trip. Every stage of our holiday was seamless and, though I cannot give the credit to Chris, the weather was perfect during the whole of our exploration of that beautiful country. I am not sure where our next holiday will take us but it will certainly include planning advice from Chris. Thank you once again John and Janet

Positive experience: Was given misleading information about free activities on Hamilton island, finding out the activities in question we had to pay for. Wasn’t informed about the lack activities/restaurants and bars not open due to lack of staff. This being said they were easy and professional to deal with. Going forward, next time we use them we will clarify the smaller things..

Fantastic experience: Chris Ezzy of Peak Escapes arranged for 23 people to go to Longreach for four days. Track-work meant we had to fly one way instead of rail both ways.
