Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience from Sheldon Skanes who worked out our preliminary itinerary (SYD to Copenhagen and back from Helsinki) with our business class options and status credits within 3 hours from start of business on a Monday after we sent email overnight Sunday with our request. We finalised our itinerary by the end of the day, paid deposit of $440 ($220 each person) next day and paid remainder of the air fare by end of week on Friday (and received the electronic air tickets within the same day). Sheldon was really responsive and efficient throughout the entire process and always responded promptly to our emails. Would definitely recommend Flat Beds with no hesitation with your air travel arrangements.

Fantastic experience: After researching business class fears to Europe on the established sites I decided to look at Flat Beds to see what offers they may have. Sarah promptly responded to my enquiry and assisted me with an itinerary that got me where I wanted to go on time with much reduced cost as compared to other websites. Lay flat business class seats with Singapore airlines and Lufthansa airlines and access to all the business class lounges at a fantastic price. We can’t wait to fly out next year. We are seasoned international travellers, and now retired, and Jim provided us with a super level of service we have not experienced since the 1990's. Jim is extremely knowledgeable on international air fares, international airlines and the range of connections to Europe and within Europe and return to Australia. We did all the travel arrangements with Jim by phone, waited whilst Jim punched in a range of different airline connections/prices/layovers etc. and he was a marvel to follow. Talk about First Class... and we think of Jim Smithson! My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Jim and Flatb Beds Travel. Jim also provided us with tailor-made advice on which Travel App to use to manage all the e-tickets and destinations linked back to Flat Bed Travel, gave insight to comprehensive international travel insurance companies and ensuring we gained access to to frequent flyer point with the two different airlines we are flying with, by suggesting which frequent flyer apps to join up to. Top Job Jim... we will be back. Finally, Jim came recommended to us from a friend of a friend... they were equally delighted and impressed with Jim and Flat Bed Travel Good hunting!

Fantastic experience: I am first time user of Flat Beds after seeing they always with good reviews on social media, so I contacted and from 1st email started, so quick and easy to discuss about my intention. Everything was done smoothly from down payment to final payment and E tickets issued with all the details done so well. It is for trip about 8 months away and hope the realization will be as expected or exceeding it, then I will give another review.

The airfares are less than we can get anywhere else and our recent experience with land content travel was wonderful. One of the things we really like is that our preferences are listend to and acted on, which is not always the case.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked with the newest brand in the Complex Travel Group-Flat Beds. This time we wanted mixed fares for a trip to Europe with Business class for the long legs where we will sleep and a cheaper class for the legs where we will just sit up, relax and read or watch movies. We found a good solution. I have previously used Qflyer and Roundabout Travel. These travel agents are responsive and work to find a solution that fits your needs. I will use them again.

Fantastic experience: Flatbeds appeared on my Facebook wall the minute I started searching flights to Europe, as happens with its lovely algorithm. I was pretty skeptical at first, some of the deals seemed a little too good to be true compared to what I had been seeing and had been quoted by another travel agent, so I started researching reviews, ABN, company location etc and then when that seemed "real", I called. Alex answered quite a few calls covering every obscure question I had with patience and made the process very fast and easy, we especially welcomed the advice on the most effective transits and airports to assist us to make the best of our time.
