They went above and beyond to make sure our trip was exactly what we were hoping for, with every detail organised and clear in our itinerary (which is provided on a very handy app) so we could just focus on enjoying ourselves. Sonia’s expertise was clear from the first phone call, and we completely trusted her to guide our planning process. Fantastic experience: Sonia Jones Travel arranged my husband and my international travel to UK and Italy and all our Italian itinerary. The Italy component also included my brother and sister in law. We were delighted with our trip and all our travel plans in Italy were wonderful. The guidance on where to go and the hotels, the suggested tours and the coordination of all our travel between destinations all worked perfectly. Whenever we needed assistance it was instantly there and any changes we needed to make were achieved almost instantly for us. Changes were only needed due to the health issues of us travellers - Covid! Thanks to SJT we had a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: Sonia and her team curated a wondeerful trip to UK, Paris, River Cruise in Bordeaux, and Singapore. Even the cancellation of our flight from the UK to Singapore with subsequent re-booking on another airline, was seamlessly handled by Sonia and her trip. Fantastic experience: We had Sonia Jones and team arrange a wonderful trip to Finland and London over the Easter School Holidays 2024. This was a fantastic trip which involved skiing, dog-sledding, reindeer rides, ice bathing and seeing Santa Claus, followed by a week of exploring London. The travelling was trouble free. Everything worked perfectly. The accommodation was perfect for a family of 5 with 3 kids. I am very grateful to Sonia and Tiana for their advice and organisational skills. Fantastic experience: Hi Sonia, Just arrived home from our Azamara cruise from Perth and through Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong and a number of islands throughout Japan ending up at Tokyo. A review in dot point is below.... a) Perth hotel ( Warders in Fremantle ) was great b) We did not go on the trip to Rottnest Island and had to cancel. I was not happy with the company that ran the tour because of the no refund policy and I will be contacting them to tell them so. c) Azamara cruises were great and we have booked another cruise around NZ in January '25. You should already know about that as they told me they keep the travel agents advised. d) Tram and Treats in Hong Kong was just great, and I have to write her a good review shortly. e) Hotel in Tokyo ( Hotel Ann ) was clean, professional and very well placed to tour Tokyo by foot or train etc. Rooms were small but look what we paid for them!!!! Fantastic experience: Beautiful Trip to Venice, Florence and Cinque Terre By: Doug n Anne The planning Sonia Jones Travel (and the trip) all went very smoothly; and we were very especially happy with the accommodate. Sonia put in a great deal of effort to listen to what we wanted, put forward a set of options, and we selected from amongst those. In Venice, we had a gorgeous room on the Grand Canal with no only a view of the canal, but also the Rialto bridge.

Fantastic experience: Sonia and her team are the only travel agents I trust with my (frequent) travel bookings. Sonia's knowledge seems to know no bounds. Wherever in the world my husband and I have travelled over the past 20 odd years, Sonia unfailingly has had contacts which she taps into to secure us better and more personalised deals at hotels, has made recommendations for flight routes and itineraries that will best suit us, has suggested restaurants and has generally taken the stress and uncertainty out of travel. Her entire team are professional, reliable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We were once caught in forest fires in Canada and ordered to evacuate . Whilst we slept overnight preparing for an early morning evacuation, Sonia swung into action organising transfers out of the fire zone (no easy task) , booking alternate accommodation for the ensuing 10 days of our holiday and cancelling the reservations which were no longer tenable. We will be forever grateful for that - and her calm responses and assurances that she would have it all sorted by morning !!

Fantastic experience: Sonia curated the most magnificent trip for myself and three teenagers. We stayed in both Singapore and Krabi, Thailand. I had absolutely no knowledge of the regions and trusted Sonia to organise a trip that met the interests of myself and kids. Relaxed resort, with things accessible for the teenagers. We swam and snorkelled and visited isolated beaches and visited an elephant sanctuary, drank and ate like kings. We have all returned rejuvenated and ready to hit 2023 head on. It was a special trip for us, combining our 10 year wedding anniversary and a Rugby World Cup. SJT provided amazing tips and itinerary suggestions that made our trip really special. SJT has booked two QLD holidays for us too - the Daintree and Port Douglas, and Mount Mulligan and the Whitsundays. All amazing experiences. Fantastic experience: Sonia Jones Travel was referred to me through my suburb community facebook page by multiple people after I put up a 'frustrated post' asking if anyone knew a great travel agent to help book a big trip around South America and Mexico which my partner and I had planned (after many failed attempts to get an itinerary and quote from one of the major franchises, which was a complete waste of our time!). From the first call with Sonia I could tell I was in good hands. I basically sent her a rough itininerary of where I wanted to go (along with a few dates, as we were a flexible) and told her what I wanted to do and she pieced it all together with flights/hotels/tours and any airport transfers we required. She also recommended a company for travel insurance and a travel doctor to make sure our vaccinations were up-to-date. The itinerary and quote was done within a couple of days and the whole trip (which was 9 weeks long) was booked within a couple of weeks. We had to make multiple changes to the itinerary while we were on the holiday as well due to a political unrest taking place in Peru, and both her and Amy were very helpful during a stressful and disappointing time for us. Their communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I can't fault them and would highly recommend them to anyone for anything travel related. Thank you Sonia and Amy!
