Negative experience: Nice driver. However was dropped at the wrong entrance of hospital even after explaining to him the entrance. Reason why I hired this service was so I could get to where I needed to without concern. I was in chronic pain and sick had to walk and find my own way in at 5am to correct entrance and was late for my surgery. Should of just hired a public taxi service.

Negative experience: Flying alone with my 4 month old baby, I was looking for a private transfer that had a rear facing capsule or infant seat suitable for my little girl to travel home safely in. The lady on the phone when I booked was lovely and helpful. Confirmation was immediate, however first lost star was that the price invoiced was was $23 more than what was quoted over the phone and what I could book it for online, not to worry though. Gavin my driver was lovely, was waiting at arrival and got my bags. When I arrived to Gavin’s car, I was greeted with a toddler seat installed the wrong way to replicate a ‘rear facing infant seat’ that was on my booking. It was scarily unsafe and I was shocked that they can offer this service and not have staff fully trained ( this is an injury risk to a child )… I was on the phone to the owner, and my only option was to use the toddler seat, albeit installed the right way up, or hold my 4 month old. Either of these options could have resulted in my child being seriously injured in an accident. This transfer I booked for safety for my child ( $175 as apposed to a $77 Uber ) put my child at risk of injury. I had no other way to get home so I held my baby for the drive home. When my partner called and mentioned he didnt feel we should be charged for this service, we were offered a $20 discount - removing the child seat charge, but told the rest will be debited in full. It was debited straight after the phone call. Lucky there was no accidents, as I don’t know want think about the consequences this could have had to my daughter. Not the way I wanted to end my Xmas break.
