Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience working with Tanya at Brisbane Travel Centre for our recent family holiday to Japan. This trip was the first overseas family holiday since Covid so it had been awhile since I’ve travelled internationally with my kids. From the very beginning, Tanya was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to understand our preferences and needs (energetic 8yo twin boys) ensuring every detail was covered. She provided insightful recommendations regarding fun activities for kids, accommodation options, and tips/advice on the specific nuances in Japan, which made our trip seamless and very memorable. Tanya is always very responsive to questions and promptly made any adjustments as needed adding a personal touch to the entire planning process. I can't recommend Tanya enough for anyone planning a holiday. I have had previous trips organised by Tanya (pre Covid) and won’t use anyone else. I’m based in Sydney now and she’s across all the good flight routes from Sydney (and everywhere else) so my geographical location is no barrier whatsoever. Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and amazing Europe trip! We travelled in a large group for almost a month with several destinations with singles and kids - Tanya and all the staff were able to accommodate us all and organise flights, transfers, accommodation, tours etc. Tanya gave lots of recommendations and suggestions for accommodation which was extremely helpful in determining what we were looking for. Hotels were all perfect and central! Everything ran smoothly and all of us had the best time. Definitely recommend for any trip!

We went on a family holiday to China last August with a 2 year old! The destination was not a major city but a small city where there is only one flight per day from major cities in China! Normally I'm a "control freak" and like to make my own travel arrangements but I wasn't entirely confident doing so post Covid. It was with some trepidation therefore that I relinquished control to an agent. I needn't have worried. Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to be referred to the Brisbane Travel Centre by a colleague. I still did my homework and contacted alternate travel agencies for my requirements but the alternate agencies were not interested in the extra work involved. It was extremely complex. The level of commitment to make my specifics happen in the time frame I needed it to happen in was seemingly an impossible ask from my side, and yet both Philline and Tanya pulled off the impossible with a level of industry knowledge and skill that I have not seen in any company in recent years - anywhere in the world. Massively impressed and forever grateful. They never dropped the ball, not even once and took all my calls at odd hours and weekends and even held my hand at some of the more perilous parts of my journey when I just needed someone to be on the other end of the phone in case something went wrong. I cannot possibly thank Tanya and her team enough for their professionalism and insider knowledge to get me where I needed to go in the time frame I needed to get there, during the most difficult times in Australia's aviation history. A rating of 20 out of 10 from me. When you absolutely need to be there - no matter what - Brisbane Travel Centre are in a class of their own.

Positive experience: This is pretty straightforward and down-to-earth attitude good customer service type of travel agent. No pressure or high sales like with Flight Centre and no surprise extra charges or inflated fares. They saved me eight hundred dollars against Flight Centre for same itinerary. Three years before I was happy with flight cost quoted BNE to DME return from Domodedovo back to Brisbane on QANTAS and Emirates and British Airways. But now due to Coronavirus problem, they close and working remotely.
