Having been a locally owned and operated business since the 1980s, I have seen so many changes. Overall, it has been a wonderful journey, full of challenges, rewards and great times.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't be any happier booking my flights here. After visiting other travel agents in town, I thought I'd give this place a go. I was a bit lost in how to book flights to a place I'd never been before, Joanne was so great to deal with and she found some great flights at an amazing price, I was also amazed, Jo followed me up a few days prior to me flying out which I didn't expect, offering me last minute help if I needed it. Fantastic experience: We have been clients of Gippsland Travel for 25 years now and have booked several domestic and overseas holidays with Jacquey in particular. Late last year we booked a further trip to the U.K. to travel in November, 2020, Of course Covid hit world wide early this year and we had no alternative but to cancel all travel arrangements. Jacquey, was able to arrange cancellation of all the travel and accommodation which we had booked and succeeded in getting everything which we had paid refunded. We cannot speak highly enough of the company and in particular Jacquey Turner herself and we look forward to continuing our relationship with her once all travel is opened up again in the future. Fantastic experience: We received excellent support and feedback on our flights over the past 6 months, 2 were cancelled before our final flight into Perth was confirmed. This left us with less stress trying to work out the logistics and everything was sorted by our lovely travel agent Jacinta.
