Fantastic experience: Craig didn't disappoint. We were overseas with a newborn, travel prices had increased considerably and we were provided a quotation which surprised me. Craig was alerted and overnight came up with an affordable, comfortable option, most suitable option that enabled us to be home with our newborn when we needed to travel. Fantastic experience: Thank goodness we had Craig! A friend asked me recently why we had a travel agent when it was so easy these days to book everything on line yourself. My partner and I are more of what you'd call digital immigrants than digital natives, so that's one reason we chose Craig as our travel agent ...he has the expertise and experience of negotiating complex timetables. This means he's able to minimise the time spent in flight or waiting for connections and get us to our destinations as directly and quickly as possible. More importantly though is the fact that Craig provides personalised attention and this means he puts the time into listening to what we are interested in doing and then he creates personalised itineraries especially for us instead of asking us to compromise with pre-existing packages. But we were most grateful for that personalised attention when we contracted corona virus (Omicron) on a small cruise expedition to the remote area of the Kimberly in Western Australia. We were quarantined in our cabin for three days and had to spend another four in quarantine in Broome. Both of us were ill and with no internet connection (no phone, no computer email) it wasn't till we got to Broome on the Sunday that we were able to contact Craig. He contacted the airlines to cancel our flight on Monday and rebook the flight 5 days later. He cancelled and rebooked all our accommodation, transfers, car hire for the next two weeks which happened to be peak holiday time in the Margaret River and Pemberton. He also took care of our insurance claim for cancellation fees and additional costs of quarantine. And that's why I truly 'thank goodness we had Craig' because we are confident he will really look after us personally, twenty- four seven.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Craig enough for the never ending support and assistance he gave to us. Nothing was ever an issue even with all my questions and concerns. The professionalism and wealth of knowledge made our trip so much easier than we ever thought it would be. Craig was always available day or night and made sure we arrived safely. Fantastic experience: My Travel Expert I have booked several flights with Craig over the last 4 years. Frankfurt, Helsinki, Tallinn, Warsaw, Hanoi, Singapore, Montreal and Salmon Arm. All done quickly and some with clever suggestions and ideas. My Travel Expert managed to rebook my COVID cancelled flight from Montreal in March 2020 without fuss. Soon as the borders opened in November 2021 I had my eticket to Salmon Arm booked for January and got home safely in April despite 3 flight changes by airlines. We have had some of the most amazing and extraordinary holidays to South America (twice), Antarctica, Vietnam and Cambodia, Cook Islands, Samoa, and multiple trips to Europe.
