Fantastic experience: I was referred to Sally Chung through a friend. You tend to be a bit nervous of dealing with people you don't know or can't see as they are located in a different state. I trusted the referral and spoke with Sally Chung who was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Her efficiency was 12/10, and she remembered me throughout the transaction. Fantastic experience: Sally from Holiday International is super helpful. Due to the sudden change in the COVID-19 restriction, all the direct flights from Hong Kong to Melbourne are cancelled and later the international flights to Melbourne are banned in Feb 2021. Sally provided extraordinary excellent services and helped to search and change the flights several times. Finally I can return back to Melbourne. Without her help, I will still be stranded oversea.
