Negative experience: Very disappointed with this company. After 9 months trying to work through an issue with a holiday we took still no outcome, communication or resolution. Unlikely to use again.

Fantastic experience: Dallas, the staff member who organised my itinerary took absolutely every aspect into consideration. She made a point of initially getting to know the clients in order to best cater to what has so far been an ultimate travel experience. In addition, she has been available to sort any minor hiccups even whilst we’ve been away.
