Negative experience: Zero. Should not even be allowed to open in australia. Scam alert. Print you itinerary confirmation but never purchased the ticket from the airline. You will only fkin found out you fkin have no valid flight ticket when you fkin standing in the fkin airport and pay triple for the same ticket because you wont have one. If this is what you want to do, buy from them.
