Fantastic experience: Drew was lovely. Professional and efficient. I was extremely happy with the accommodation he selected for our family on our first trip to Bali.
Negative experience: Asked for information on elephant tours in Thailand, ready to book, was told no such tours exist here or anywhere else(they exist in Sri Lanka). Looked through Thai brochure I was given, many elephant tours available. Obviously agent unaware or not interested. Off to flight centre!
Hello Catherine,I think you may have the wrong store as I am the only 1 here and no one has enquired about Elephant tours, I had a lady ask for a Sri Lanka and Thailand Brochure today and supplied a Thailand Brochure.I have been on 2 Elephant tours in Thailand so I can guarantee I would not have said they don't exist.So please can you remove this comment as this is not the Business you enquired at.Thanks Helloworld Saints RoadAlso you left another Helloworld Travel a 1 Star rating 6 months ago and said never again and off to Flightcentre.Does that sound familiar ??Anyway I have reported your post to Google.

Fantastic experience: Drew is very helpful and got the best deal for my wedding anniversary stay! I love the modern stylings of Helloworld. It is quiet because of Covid but what do you expect, this made my visit nicer actually. I am glad to make this my travel agent of choice!

Hi LorraineI hope you are well ?If so can I ask you to remove your rating on my Business Helloworld Saints Road as it's lowered my rating and as I appreciate your commitment to rating businesses in the local area I think your rating was a little unfair as you have rated my business without actually coming in.The last 2 years have been really difficult for me with my business being totally effected by covid 19.This is the reason that my shop always looks empty.I pride myself on keeping my store clean and open when I'm not working at my other job I do to make the money to keep my business open.Hope you understand and thanks in advance.Drew
