Fantastic experience: Great walking tour of street art in Adelaide, mainly by Jimmy C as well as others. Highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic experience: Our first time in Adelaide and we wanted to find out about the city and gain a better understanding of the history, arts, food and culture. Kat was friendly, made us feel very welcome as set off on our private walking tour around Adelaide city. She walked at our pace and shared many stories around the characters that helped Adelaide become what it is today, shared stories of the history and gave us tips around where to go, what to see or look out for whilst we were in Adelaide, she has really great local knowledge that we would never have found searching in internet. The city is very easy to walk around and the time went really quickly. Thanks Kat it was an absolute highlight.

Positive experience: The tour was interesting and fun. Katina knew her topic well and was very clear in her story telling. As she said, the tour is about the quirky side of Adelaide's food culture. The quality of the samples jprovided shows how good the local produce is, especially the dairy products. The only thing missing is a Pie Floater!

Fantastic experience: It was a nice 1 hour tour which is just right for us with a young toddler. Kat was very knowledgeable about the history of the central market! Brought us to a few stalls to try out their delicacies, the tour ended with a native Aussie stall with unique food which was a very special way to wrap up!

Fantastic experience: Staying in Adelaide for the TDU we booked this tour for a change from the cycling. Port Adelaide was a bit of a mystery to us but Katina’s extensive tour provided us a great insight into the port as it was and is now. Her knowledgeable explanation of the history and land marks was peppered with great stories of the people and events in the port’s history. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 1/2 hours which represented great value for money. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Had a great 2hour walking tour with Kat yesterday. We learnt some great facts about Adelaide her knowledge was excellent and the spots worth visiting. The tour ended at the Markets and on her recommendation the Portuguese tart was the best. After a drink we had dinner at a restaurant in China Town another recommendations of Kats. Highly recommend this walking tour to really see about the city.

Fantastic experience: Host: Wonderful, enthusiastic, passionate about her city, knowledgable and full of energy. Tour: 3hrs, did not feel that long, though remember decent walking shoes and a bottle of water. There were many stops along the way while Katina was giving us info on the various sites. For what we thought was a small area, there was definitely 3hrs worth of things to see and find good info on. And there are some absolute gems there. Who would have thought a library would evoke a sense of interest. Katina has a good clear speaking voice and her passion and pride in the city and what it has to offer shows through. Adelaide, you have a good ambassador.

Fantastic experience: We had a great tour with Katina, she had a great knowledge of Adelaide and was able to convey this to a very ‘knowledgeable’ 77 year old and also to my son (who is 5) - she kept us engaged throughout the whole tour. I would definitely recommend if you want to get to know Adelaide a bit more.

Fantastic experience: This tour was a great introduction to Adelaide. We ended up on this tour by chance as we were keen to do a walking tour and had another one cancelled. I am so glad we did! The tour gives a brief overview of the main sites in the city centre (on the South of the river only). Kat our guide is an Adelaide native and has a real passion for the local history and culture and this really shines through when she is showing you around. Kat was very knowledgable and full of recommendations and tips for you to further explore the city in your own time. We followed up on most of Kat’s suggestions and none of them disappointed. I thoroughly recommend Flamboyance tours to anyone and everyone. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Fabulous art tour by foot. Good walking on a fine day enjoying Adelaide city. Our guide showed us street art present and photos of removed art. Our guide was engaging, informative, passionate and funny. We, enjoyed a lovely afternoon with her, straight after the Art Museum. We were so in the zone. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the Flamboyance Tours ‘F Factor: Adelaide Food Tour’. Our knowledgeable guide Katina engaged and entertained us with the history of Adelaide’s unique food icons and gave us a new found appreciation of these unique products. Lots of samples to taste (yummy frog cakes are one example) or take away along the way as we visited the city locations where these foods are available. The tour finished with a delicious bakery lunch at the Central Market.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have never been to Adelaide before so I had inquired with Katina on doing a private tour to show us all the hidden gems of the city. Boy she did not disappoint. The amount of knowledge, history and information she was able to share with us was phenomenal. Fantastic experience: We were lucky to share a walking tour with Katina and a group of 9 on her first anniversary of hosting the Flamboyance Tours. Katina is a charming host who knows her stuff, paces the Tour well and seems to truly enjoy what she’s doing. While the tour is limited primarily to a small area of the CBD, there are enough highlights to keep it interesting. Don’t be put off by ‘walking tour’ as the walking is not lengthy or challenging for any physical ability. An enjoyable way to see the CBD and learn some history of the city at the same time.
