Negative experience: Very Bad experience with these scammers, Shreya who don’t know how to speak with her customers, Before booking she was very polite but when we booked tickets, after that she even don’t bother to pickup up your call, Due to medical reasons we have to change our booking dates, she was asking same price for tickets to change dates, we cancelled our tickets and they didn’t refunded any money, Bunch of scammers scammed $ 5500 , which we old couple saved for our holidays. Shame on you travel care.

Negative experience: Very Bad experience with them, we booked our flights before COVID Malaysian airlines 3 tickets in 4K. we didn’t got any refund, they told us to use these tickets before 15.Jan.2023. We booked our tickets from 04.12.2022 to 14.01.2023. We want to change dates because we have another baby, they charged extra $600 for new baby. After few days, they asked extra $5k to change dates but tickets will be in April . In April new return tickets were 900$ per person. Always book your tickets directly with Airlines. Airlines will help if we booked with them directly. Lost my $4600 hard earned money. They even didn’t return $600 which they charged for new baby, very bad travel care,
