Fantastic experience: Always happy when I visit them great service and 100% Always get my travel plans done with no issues, but more so the continuous service even while away intbe case of any changes or issues is handled and fixed no questions asked.

Negative experience: My experience was frustrating and disappointing as a result of poor communication and a lack of attention to details.

Negative experience: Never replied to my email asking if I needed to make an appointment to see them so I didn't bother going in.

Negative experience: Rubbish service full staff no one willing to assist me with my trip when I walked in all too busy on their computers with no clients will never recommend this agency they all should be sacked. I waited outside for 20mins and no one entered the shop and now you’re full of excuses. Your staff are all rubbish I will never use your service in the future

Fantastic experience: Friendly. Appointment on time. I have now experienced the Ash Cutting travel package. Ash was on top of every need i had in organising a complex trip. From booking brilliant accommodation, rail transport, flght bookings and yes the unexpected retrieval home after an insurance claim. Even once home she supported us with claims and refunds. We couldn't have wished for better support or service. Thanks Ash.

Fantastic experience: With the current European travel chaos, I recently missed a flight connection (no fault of my own) and was told by the airline the next available flights back to Australia were 2 weeks away.
