Fantastic experience: We have been clients of Warrnambool Travel for many years. During this time there have been changes of owners, premises & consultants. We have always enjoyed a friendly rapport with Team Members. We can recall 3 incidents where Warrnambool Travel promptly assisted and resolved sticky situations for us whilst travelling overseas. Last year (2023) our return Jetstar flight from Japan was cancelled throwing our plans into disarray.We were promptly contacted by Warrnambool Travel and with the assistance of Katrina had alternate travel arrangements in place. We know, without Katrina’s dogged perseverance over 9 months, we wouldn’t have received Jetstar’s promised reimbursement! We greatly appreciate her effort.
