Positive experience: The ladies at the info centre were so helpful and understanding of our modest goals to get long term (all day), free parking and scones. We got the free, long term parking and scones. Google was not as helpful. So, yeh, ten points Information Centre. Lovely building too, good architecture and nice aircons on a windy, warm day.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, easy yo find, has plenty of catalogues containing information on attractions, the town and the surrounding areas.

Fantastic experience: Clean and tidy with a few little souvenirs and supplies. Bought some local olive oil which was the main reason to go there. Plenty of parking in the street. Little Cafe next door although didn't go there, we went into the museum though.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I came to Orange, and visited Orange Information Centre. We spoke to Susan about what to see and do. She was a wealth of knowledge and very professional and friendly. She is an asset to this town and so welcoming to visitors. I recommend visiting the Orange Information Centre to help you start and plan your stay at Orange.

Fantastic experience: Visited Orange last weekend. This visitor information centre did provide plenty of information I needed, such as maps, tourist attractions nearby and also some hand-made souvenirs.

Fantastic experience: Visited Orange this weekend to see what the area offered. Found the visitor information centre very helpful. They have a local history Museum for free and a good Cafe next door. Used the information received to get around. Especially the tip of a great curry restaurant Maithil Rasoi see my review. The wineries trip was a bit disappointing as the ones who had restaurants were booked solid and didn't have enough staff to serve. The views from the Borrodell wine tasting lookout were fantastic. See my separate review. They have plenty of maps and suggestions on where to go, even when it's raining!

Fantastic experience: One of the best Visitor Information Centres I have visited. And with easy street parking close by. Loads of brochures on what to do/see and where to eat/drink. Modern building with adjacent cafe. Museum incorporated and Art Gallery across the square (free entry to both). Extremely helpful staff. Very good range of local products for sale. Strongly recommended on arrival in Orange.

Fantastic experience: We came to Orange on the 09/09/17 knowing nothing of the town or what to do in the town. There is a wonderful young lady who works there (I wish I had asked her name) she was warm and friendly with a vast knowledge of the Orange area and surrounds. She was completely different to all other information center workers we have ever had contact with. This lady loved her town and loved to share her local knowledge with us. This is such a wonderful information center with wonderful staff I just wish I had caught her name to thank her properly as she's a credit to her town.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful ladies Cathy and Susan who assisted us finding accommodation in Orange, spent 45mins ringing around different short stay accommodations.

Fantastic experience: The best information centre we ever visited. Welcoming staff, with a wealth of knowledge - we didn't even have to ask any questions, a lovely lady came up to us as we walked in, asked us what we'd like to see and do in the area - and basically mapped our stay for us, highlighting places and routes on the map and recommending places to eat or shop at. So helpful! Totally recommend a visit.

Fantastic experience: We visited Orange for the first time and went to the information centre. The people are so polite and helpful and gave us all the information about the city. Their experiences and suggestions were so helpful in planning our trip. Being architects, we really loved the way information centre and its outdoor spaces are designed. Its turfed roof is also accessible and is wonderful to see views of the surrounding areas from there.

Fantastic experience: Nicest visitor centre in NSW, had lots of staff to help, and a museum as part of it, the toilet facilities are also top notch.

Fantastic experience: Great coffee shop, right next to information centre (IC). IC also has interesting museum, free. Free all day parking for caravans outside IC, which also close to shopping district.

Fantastic experience: We were greeted by a lovely lady whom was extremely nice and helpful. She highlighted all the different things for us to go and marked all the point of interest on a map (several actually). If you haven't really planned your stay in Orange, that's definitely the place to stop.
